    Abstract: An electronic apparatus performs a method of decoding video data, including: reconstructing, from a video bitstream, a picture frame that includes a luma component, a first and a second chroma components, and applying a trained neural network based in-loop filter to the reconstructed picture frame by: converting a first resolution of the samples of the at least one of the first and the second chroma components to a second resolution of the samples of the luma component when the first resolution is different from the second resolution; concatenating samples of at least one of the first and the second chroma components with the luma component; processing the concatenated samples using a convolutional neural network; and reconverting the samples of the at least one of the first and the second chroma components processed by the convolutional neural network from the second resolution back to the first resolution.

    Abstract: Provided are a battery heating control method and apparatus, an electric vehicle, and a storage medium. The method includes: detecting whether the state of a battery meets a preset state condition when a first signal is detected; and performing heating control on the battery according to the situation in which the state of the battery meets the preset state condition. The pre-detection logic of a battery heating function is triggered by detecting the first signal. Since the first signal includes an interaction signal between a person and a vehicle, the pre-detection logic of the state of the battery is prior to the in-place condition of a driver. As a result, after it is determined that the state of the battery meets the condition, the battery heating function can be quickly started at any time.

The display module is a cholesteric liquid crystal display module, and the power module is a solar cell module. The power module has multiple active areas and multiple inactive areas between the active areas. When the width of the inactive area is less than or equal to 50 ?m, the human eye will have difficulty discerning the width of the inactive area. Additionally, a shielding layer can be placed on the inactive area to ensure that the visual color difference (?E) between the inactive area and the active area does not exceed 10 color difference units, thereby improving the image quality.
