Abstract: An electronic apparatus performs a method of decoding video data, including: reconstructing, from a video bitstream, a picture frame that includes a luma component, a first and a second chroma components, and applying a trained neural network based in-loop filter to the reconstructed picture frame by: converting a first resolution of the samples of the at least one of the first and the second chroma components to a second resolution of the samples of the luma component when the first resolution is different from the second resolution; concatenating samples of at least one of the first and the second chroma components with the luma component; processing the concatenated samples using a convolutional neural network; and reconverting the samples of the at least one of the first and the second chroma components processed by the convolutional neural network from the second resolution back to the first resolution.

A source electrode of the second active device disposed between the second data line and the third data line is electrically connected to the second data line. An extension region of the semiconductor pattern of the second active device extends toward and overlaps the third data line.

Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes: forming a semiconductor structure having source/drain regions, a fin disposed between the source/drain regions, and a dummy gate disposed on the fin and surrounded by a spacer; removing the dummy gate to form a gate trench which is defined by a trench-defining wall; forming a gate dielectric layer on the trench-defining wall; forming a work function structure on the gate dielectric layer; forming a resist layer to fill the gate trench; removing a top portion of the resist layer; removing the work function structure exposed from the resist layer using a wet chemical etchant; removing the resist layer; and forming a conductive gate in the gate trench.

Abstract: A method for calculating state of health of battery, performed by a processing control circuit, includes: charging a battery under test to an upper voltage with a first constant current through a charging circuit and an electrical measuring circuit, discharging the battery under test to a lower voltage with a second constant current through the charging circuit and the electrical measuring circuit, obtaining an accumulated discharge capacity from the upper voltage to the lower voltage through the electrical measuring circuit, and calculating a state of health of the battery under test at least according to the accumulated discharge capacity and a design capacity.

Abstract: Provided are a battery heating control method and apparatus, an electric vehicle, and a storage medium. The method includes: detecting whether the state of a battery meets a preset state condition when a first signal is detected; and performing heating control on the battery according to the situation in which the state of the battery meets the preset state condition. The pre-detection logic of a battery heating function is triggered by detecting the first signal. Since the first signal includes an interaction signal between a person and a vehicle, the pre-detection logic of the state of the battery is prior to the in-place condition of a driver. As a result, after it is determined that the state of the battery meets the condition, the battery heating function can be quickly started at any time.

The composite display includes a first display panel and a second display panel. The brightness acquisition module is connected to the composite display and acquires an ambient brightness around the composite display. The image management module is connected to the brightness acquisition module and generates a first image setting signal and a second image setting signal according to the ambient brightness. The panel controlling module is connected to the image management module and the composite display, and respectively controls the first display panel and the second display panel to display a first and second images based on the first and second image setting signals to form a composite image.

The electric vehicle battery control circuit includes an electric vehicle battery, an energy storage module, a charging module, and a regulation switch component; where the charging module includes a switch module; the electric vehicle battery is connected in parallel with the switch module; the regulation switch component includes multiple switches, where the multiple switches are disposed between the electric vehicle battery and the charging module and between the energy storage module and the charging module; and the energy storage module, the regulation switch component, and the switch module are configured to, in response to control signals, regulate charging/discharging between the electric vehicle battery and the energy storage module, or regulate charging/discharging between the electric vehicle battery and the charging module as well as the energy storage module.

Abstract: A self-powered display device includes a display module and a power module. The display module is a cholesteric liquid crystal display module, and the power module is a solar cell module. The display module allows light to enter the power module from the front side, and the power module generates electricity upon receiving the light to provide the necessary energy for the display module to show images. The power module has multiple active areas and multiple inactive areas between the active areas. When the width of the inactive area is less than or equal to 50 ?m, the human eye will have difficulty discerning the width of the inactive area. Additionally, a shielding layer can be placed on the inactive area to ensure that the visual color difference (?E) between the inactive area and the active area does not exceed 10 color difference units, thereby improving the image quality.

The electrical-field-programmable metal oxide material provides a variable effective dielectric constant, and a data bit may be stored as a dielectric state of the variable-capacitance node dielectric in the memory device. The variable-capacitance node dielectric provides reversible electrical field-dependent resistivity modulation, or reversible electrical field-dependent movement of metal atoms therein.
