    Abstract: An industrial automation system may include an automation device and a control system communicatively coupled to the automation device. The control system may include a first module of a number of modules, such that the first module may receive an indication of a target variable associated with the industrial automation device. The first module may then receive parameters associated with the target variable, identify a portion of data points associated with controlling the target variable with respect to the parameters, generate a model of each data point of the portion over time with respect to the parameters based on the data points, determine functions associated with the model. The functions represent one or more relationships between the each data point of the portion with respect to controlling the target variable. The first module may then adjust one or more operations of the automation device based on the functions.

A controller in the target control device generates a pulse drive signal for driving the current generation controller, receives a detection result signal output from a current detector, and determines a fault of a high-voltage interlock circuit according to the detection result signal; the current generation controller generates an alternating voltage signal according to the pulse drive signal; the current generator outputs an alternating current signal according to the alternating voltage signal; the current detector acquires a voltage signal across a detection resistor set and outputs the detection result signal.

The features may be representative of a portion of the audio data. The information space may include known clusters. The operations may then include determining that the subset of the features corresponds to an unknown cluster in the information space, performing a constrained classification operation based on each feature of the subset of the features to identify a new known cluster for the information space, and modifying operations of the industrial devices based on the new known cluster.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of a semiconductor structure includes: providing a substrate, where a plurality of contact pads are formed on the substrate; depositing a dielectric layer on the substrate, where the dielectric layer fills gaps between the contact pads and covers the contact pads; and etching the dielectric layer through a plasma etching process to expose the contact pads, where an etching gas used in the plasma etching process includes an oxygen-free etching gas. The manufacturing method can avoid the formation of metal oxides on the contact pads, and avoid residual conductive metal particles or metal compounds on surfaces of the contact pads and the adjacent dielectric layers, which is beneficial to ensure the electrical performance of the semiconductor structure, thereby improving the use reliability of the semiconductor structure.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for improved distributed symmetric cryptography are disclosed. A client computer may communicate with a number of cryptographic devices in order to encrypt or decrypt data. Each cryptographic device may possess a secret share and a verification share, which may be used in the process of encrypting or decrypting data. The client computer may generate a commitment and transmit the commitment to the cryptographic devices. Each cryptographic device may generate a partial computation based on the commitment and their respective secret share, and likewise generate a partial signature based on the commitment and their respective verification share. The partial computations and partial signatures may be transmitted to the client computer. The client computer may use the partial computations and partial signatures to generate a cryptographic key and verification signature respectively. The client computer may use the cryptographic key to encrypt or decrypt a message.

The LED assembly encapsulates the blue LED chips having different emission wavelengths together, which can avoid LED mixing from an LED encapsulation source, thereby saving cost. Moreover, problems such as nonuniform images and chromatic aberration are basically avoided when the LED assembly is applied to an LCD module.

In various embodiments, a substrate is provided such that an electrical contact portion is formed thereon. A dielectric layer is formed on a surface of the substrate, including alternately stacked supporting layers and sacrificial layers. At least two capacitor holes penetrating the sacrificial layers and the supporting layers can formed to expose the same electrical contact portion. A lower electrode layer covering the inner surface of the capacitor holes can be formed. The lower electrode layer is connected to the electrical contact portion. The sacrificial layers are then removed and a capacitor dielectric layer and an upper electrode layer are formed successively on the inner and outer surfaces of the lower electrode layer and on the surface of the supporting layers. This can increase capacitance value per unit area of the capacitor.
