    Abstract: A molecular marker for identifying Vitis vinifera and its interspecific hybrid grapes and an application thereof are provided. Through whole-genome resequencing data analysis, a significant InDel locus IH1 is identified, which is located at 7,224,357 base pairs (bp) on chromosome 13 of grapes. This locus shows genotypic differences between Vitis vinifera and its interspecific hybrids. Through the differences in the number and distribution of electrophoretic bands, Vitis vinifera and its interspecific hybrids may be distinguished. Based on the characteristics of this molecular marker, it may be used for screening of interspecific hybrid progeny lines in the early stage of breeding and elimination of selfed progeny. At the same time, it may also conduct screening of the genetic background of seedlings.

    Abstract: A method for breeding a new grape variety with red flesh and seedlessness based on molecular markers is provided. The molecular markers are identified significantly associated with grape red flesh and seedlessness traits through whole-genome analysis. The molecular markers may identify the phenotypic traits of grape red flesh and seedlessness at the initial stage of hybrid seedlings by using the electrophoretic banding patterns of amplified molecular marker gene fragments.

    Abstract: The provided is an ergonomic magnetic thermal garment. An elastic adjustment piece is arranged at a middle opening of a jacket to adapt to different body shapes; both the jacket and a pair of pants are provided with magnetic thermal devices. The magnetic thermal devices include a magnetic control mechanism, an electric heating mechanism, and a control mechanism. The electric heating mechanism is arranged on an inner lining of the jacket and the pants and is connected to the control mechanism. The magnetic control mechanism is arranged on an outer lining of the jacket and the pants and is connected to the control mechanism. The control mechanism is also connected to an external power supply mechanism for providing a power supply. A magnetic thermal garment using a magnetic thermal treatment method is designed, so as to provide magnetic thermal intervention of varying durations and intensities to damaged tissue.

    Abstract: An optimization method and system for a whole process of molecular-level oil refinery processing and a storage medium are described. According to an embodiment, for mixed products obtained by prediction from simulation of a molecular-level crude oil processing process, when physical properties of any mixed product do not meet any preset standard, or when a target parameter of the mixed products does not meet a preset condition, the proportion of different fractions entering respective petroleum processing device, an operating parameter in a product prediction model, and a mixing rule for mixing predicted products are adjusted, and the mixed products are re-obtained, until the product properties meet any preset standard and the target parameter meets the preset condition. Final predicted products are predicted by adjusting the proportion of fractions for secondary processing, and the production efficiency is improved by means of the simulation optimization of a production process.
