Abstract: Systems, methods and apparatus, including computer program products, are disclosed for regulating access of consumers (e.g., applications, containers, or VMs) to resources and services (e.g., storage). In one embodiment, this regulation occurs through the movement of consumers between different providers of a resource or service, such as a cloud service provider. Moving consumers includes, for example, determining the cost of moving the consumer from a first provider to a second provider. According to various embodiments, the cost of moving the consumer is compared to cost and performance criteria associated with moving the consumer from the first provider to the second provider. Cloud-based services may be priced as templates, reserved instances, or a combination.

Abstract: A method and associated computer program for predicting an electrical characteristic of a substrate subject to a process. The method includes determining a sensitivity of the electrical characteristic to a process characteristic, based on analysis of electrical metrology data including electrical characteristic measurements from previously processed substrates and of process metrology data including measurements of at least one parameter related to the process characteristic measured from the previously processed substrates; obtaining process metrology data related to the substrate describing the at least one parameter; and predicting the electrical characteristic of the substrate based on the sensitivity and the process metrology data.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer program products, are disclosed for managing resources, such as computer software licenses, in container systems, including multi-cloud systems. The use of supply chain economics alone and in combination with other techniques offers a unified platform to integrate, optimize or improve, and automate resource management in a container system. These techniques may be used to monitor and control the delivery of service level agreements and software licenses. They may also be used to monitor and control contention of computing resources in a container system, and to suspend or terminate computing resources.

Abstract: A virtual parking system may include a storage device that stores a set of instructions and a processor in communication with the storage device. When executing the set of instructions, the processor may be configured to cause the system to acquire a first geographical location associated with a virtual parking region and acquire, from a user terminal, a second geographical location via a communication unit of the virtual parking region. The processor may also be configured to cause the system to determine whether a distance between the first geographical location and the second geographical location is less than a threshold distance. The processor may further be configured to cause the system to, in response to a result of the determination that the distance is less than the threshold distance, transmit, via the communication unit, information associated with the virtual parking region to the user terminal.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for determining abnormal information associated with a vehicle. The systems may perform the methods to obtain real-time information associated with a bicycle and obtain reference information associated with the bicycle. The systems may also perform the methods to determine, based on the real-time information and the reference information, abnormal information associated with the bicycle, and transmit the abnormal information to a server or a terminal device associated with the bicycle according to a Narrow Band Internet of Things (NB-IoT) technique or a Long Range (LoRa) technique.
