An original image including first images of a target object is captured by an optical lens. An edge detection is performed on the original image to obtain an edge image including second images having an edge pattern. At least one of maximum, minimum, and average values of a pixel value in the second images is calculated. The edge image is divided into image blocks according to a unit area, and characteristic values are calculated according to the at least one of the maximum, minimum, and average values corresponding to the second images included in the image blocks. An optimal regression model is obtained by training a regression model corresponding to a defect of the target object according to the characteristic values and a data of the target object.

    Abstract: A detachable multi-station parallel synchronous and asynchronous control system for a gas oven includes a controller, a plurality of temperature sensors, a solenoid valve, a stepper motor, and a remote control terminal. The plurality of temperature sensors are installed on a plurality of stations, respectively. The controller generates a control signal, and sends the control signal to a driver through a communication network, so that the driver generates a driving signal according to the control signal, and sends the driving signal to a multi-station coordinated control system. The multi-station coordinated control system controls the stepper motor and the solenoid valve of each station according to the drive signal. A sensor is configured to collect position information and speed information of a plurality of target motors and generate a detection signal. A method for using the detachable multi-station parallel synchronous and asynchronous control system is further provided.

The heat-sealing temperature of the heat-sealing method is lower than or equal to a complete melting temperature of the liquid-proof film layer, but is higher than a maximum start melting temperature of the thermoplastic non-woven fiber layer. By means of adopting a multicomponent liquid-proof film layer having two or more melting ranges, the range between the start melting temperature and the complete melting temperature can be broadened, and the stitching process can be widened.
