    Abstract: A low-carbon and low-alloy dual-phase steel and hot-dip galvanized dual-phase steel having tensile strength greater than or equal to 980 MPa and a method for manufacturing by means of rapid heat treatment. The steel has the following chemical components in percentage by mass: C: 0.05-0.17%, Si: 0.1-0.7%, Mn: 1.4-2.8%, P?0.020%, S?0.005%, B?0.005%, and Al: 0.02-0.055%, and may further contain two or more of Nb, Ti, Cr, Mo, and V, Cr+Mo+Ti+Nb+V?1.1%, the balance is Fe and other inevitable impurities. The method for manufacturing the steel comprises: smelting, casting, hot rolling, cold rolling and rapid heat treatment procedures. According to the present invention, the recovery, recrystallization and austenite transformation process of a deformed structure is changed, the nucleation rate is increased, the grain growth time is shortened, grains are refined, the strength of the material is improved, and the performance range of the material is expanded.

An oscillating and floating component and a rotating component in an extraction cavity are used to fully and uniformly mix a solution to maximize the extraction strength. A mixing component in an electro-deposition cavity is used to accelerate ion dispersion, to better recycle nickel. The device is easy to operate, low in cost and suitable for mass promotion.

    Abstract: A system and processing methods for configuring and utilizing a convolutional neural network (CNN) for plant disease recognition are disclosed. In some embodiments, the system is programmed to collect photos of infected plants or leaves where regions showing symptoms of infecting diseases are marked. Each photo may have multiple marked regions. Depending on how the symptoms are sized or clustered, one marked region may include only one lesion caused by one disease, while another may include multiple, closely-spaced lesions caused by one disease. The system is programmed to determine anchor boxes having distinct aspect ratios from these marked regions for each convolutional layer of a single shot multibox detector (SSD). For certain types of plants, common diseases lead to relatively many aspect ratios, some having relatively extreme values. The system is programmed to then train the SSD using the marked regions and the anchor boxes and apply the SSD to new photos to identify diseased plants.
