    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a multifunctional surgical instrument, including a housing, a trigger provided on the housing, an ultrasonic transducer provided inside the housing, and a blade shaft assembly that transmits ultrasonic energy generated by the ultrasonic transducer and electrical energy generated by the system. The blade shaft assembly includes a waveguide, with a proximal end thereof being fixedly connected to the ultrasonic transducer, and a distal end thereof extending out of the housing and forming an ultrasonic blade. A clamping arm is opened and closed relative to the waveguide under the action of a first driving force. A monopolar sleeve is sleeved on an outer side of the waveguide and is axially movable relative to the housing under the action of a second driving force.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a water quality pH detection method, water treatment equipment, and a storage medium. The method acquires a first dissolved substance content value upstream of an alkaline filter material and a second dissolved substance content value downstream of the alkaline filter material in the water treatment equipment, providing a direct basis for subsequent pH value calculations. Based on the first and the second dissolved substance content values, a target difference value in dissolved substance content is calculated. A pH value of water is calculated and obtained based on the calculated target difference value in dissolved substance content, improving an accuracy of water quality detection. The present disclosure avoids a use of expensive pH meters and reduces a cost of water quality detection.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a temperature control method and a system for a blade shaft of an ultrasonic scalpel based on a temperature distribution function model. The system includes the blade shaft of the ultrasonic scalpel and a transducer that are coupled to each other, and is connected to a generator through a cable. When the blade shaft of the ultrasonic scalpel works, actual temperature of the blade shaft is distributed along a one-dimensional space of the blade shaft. The temperature distribution on the blade shaft is determined by a set of the real-time working feedback parameter, the physical structure feature parameter, and the surrounding environmental parameter of the blade shaft. Each temperature distribution corresponds to a solution of the temperature distribution function, and the function can be approximated by a machine leaning algorithm.

In addition, the first filter element unit and the second filter element unit are further connected to a mineralization filter element unit, and water mineralized by the mineralization filter element unit is discharged through a water outlet pipeline.

The one or more ring structures are sequentially arranged from the first end to the second end, and an axis of each ring structure extends along an axial direction of the waveguide. One end of the dielectric is inserted into the waveguide from the first end. The secondary reflective surface is fastened to one end of the dielectric away from the waveguide. The feed assembly provided in this application can have good impedance matching performance in a wide frequency band, and therefore antenna bandwidth can be increased.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic phacoemulsification handpiece with a sensor and a surge control system and a method. The central aspiration lumen of the ultrasonic phacoemulsification handpiece consists of two components of plug-in loose fit: a fixed lumen and an extension lumen; a small pressure sensor is mounted on the extension lumen, but still able to keep the easy-to-use size and maintain the ultrasonic performance of the handpiece. The extension lumen minimizes the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the sensor while maintaining sufficient stiffness for installing and removing the phacoemulsification tip. The design of the handpiece transducer reduces the effect of this sensor installation on the ultrasonic performance. For ultrasonic phacoemulsification cataract removal surgery, the short distance from the pressure sensor to the surgical site provides a technical solution for reliably controlling the risk of the post occlusion surge.
