Abstract: Sidelink based relay communications include communications through a relay user equipment (“UE”) between a basestation and a remote UE. Relay communications can be improved by addressing incompatibilities between different devices, which support different features/operations, such as the layers of communication. Access control and an establishment cause value can also be addressed by the relay communications. Paging identification and system information can be communicated by relay communications, such as through the relay UE to improve communications.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to systems for wellbore drilling and methods for preparing wellbore drilling fluid. The system can include a drilling fluid tank that holds wellbore drilling fluid for introduction into a wellbore, an additive distribution component fluidly coupled to the drilling fluid tank that holds a first additive, and a computing device communicatively coupled to the additive distribution component. The methods can include a computing device performing at least the following: receiving drilling parameters that identify wellbore drilling conditions of a wellbore drilling system, calculating a thermochemical sulfate reduction (TSR) proxy value of the wellbore. In response to determining that a predicted hydrogen sulfide concentration meets a predetermined threshold, the computing device can determine a first quantity of a first additive to be added to the wellbore drilling fluid and combine the first quantity of the first additive with the wellbore drilling fluid.

The first winding utilizes the first end and the node as two ends thereof and includes a first coil and a second coil, which do not overlap. The second winding utilizes the second end and the node as two ends thereof and includes a third coil and a fourth coil, which do not overlap. The first coil and the third coil have an overlapping area, and the second coil and the fourth coil have an overlapping area. The first coil is surrounded by the third coil, and the fourth coil is surrounded by the second coil.

Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display apparatus are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate; a sealant on the base substrate; and a contact layer between the base substrate and the sealant, the contact layer being in contact with the sealant. In the display substrate, a contact layer surface of the contact layer, which is away from the base substrate, is not flat at a contact position where the contact layer is in contact with the sealant.

Abstract: A transducer for an ultrasonic scalpel, which comprises, from distal end to proximal end of a connecting feature, a fixing feature, a horn, a piezoelectric converting body, a rear-end ring, and a connecting member. By following a design principle of constraints in the parameter relationships between the piezoelectric converting body and the horn in the transducer, a transducer having both appropriate gain and stable performance can be achieved.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a fluid collection box for phacoemulsification surgery, including a case composed of a front plate, a body, and a rear plate. The case communicates with a waste liquid bag. The body has a perfusion passage and a suction passage that are disposed independently. The perfusion passage is a sealed circulation cavity defined by a cover and the body. The circulation cavity communicates with a first connection port and a second connection port on the body for perfusion. There is a gap between the cover and the body. Connection and disconnection of the perfusion passage is controlled by pressing the cover. The suction passage is a pipeline that communicates a third connection port with the waste liquid bag, and performs perfusion by a peristaltic pump. The suction passage further communicates with a negative pressure regulating loop, to regulate pressure within the suction passage.

In the embodiments of the present disclosure, since a verification code image comprises one or more verification codes, at least one verification code is divided into a plurality of areas, and at least two areas are different in color, the overall structure of the verification code is destroyed, thereby improving the OCR resistance performance of the verification code, and achieving the purpose of effectively intercepting malicious behavior.

Abstract: A method is provided for controlling a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The method includes measuring a temperature and controlling a compressor of the HVAC system. The temperature is measured by a temperature sensor located between a metering device of the HVAC system and an evaporator coil of the HVAC system. The temperature is representative of a refrigerant temperature. The refrigerant temperature is a temperature of a refrigerant fluid flowing from the metering device to the evaporator coil. The compressor is controlled by control circuitry that is configured to perform the controlling in a dehumidify mode based, at least in part, on a value of a humidity parameter of air of an airflow through an evaporator coil and a reheat coil, where the value is determined using the temperature.

Abstract: Systems and methods for characterizing a camera system on a mobile device are disclosed. Characterization of the camera system may be implemented by providing a diffraction pattern of dots at controlled, defined angles to the camera system. Images of the diffraction pattern may be captured during a focus sweep through predetermined focus positions and/or while changing the relative locations between the lens and image sensor at the predetermined focus positions. The captured images may be analyzed to determine calibration data that provides physical measurement of properties of the camera system. The calibration data may then be implemented by the camera system to produce enhanced imaging on the mobile device.
