    Abstract: A specific architecture is proposed that utilizes two models being operated in parallel as an ensemble model approach based on Applicant's testing with physical machines. The ensemble model approach is provided as a physical system that operates two models simultaneously, both models being trained as candidate models. Both models are utilized during inference time separately to optimize a loss function (e.g., MAE performance), and during inference, the model with a superior MAE performance is used to control ATM replenishment control signal generation. The two models being used together include a first model, a fully connected neural network data architecture, and a second model, a tree-based learning algorithm provided as a gradient boosting framework (e.g., the Light Gradient-Boosting Machine, also known as the LightGBM). From a practical perspective, the ensemble models can be operated with a prediction buffer configured to allow for specific parameter tuning.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an accident warning method, apparatus, storage medium, controller, and vehicle. According to the accident warning method proposed by the present disclosure, in response to detecting that the host vehicle has been involved in a traffic accident, accident warning information corresponding to the traffic accident is generated, wherein the accident warning information comprises the accident location associated with the traffic accident. The accident warning information is sent to a navigation server, such that the navigation server sends the accident warning information to vehicles to be warned that are about to pass through the accident location. In this way, vehicles approaching the accident location can be warned in advance when a traffic accident occurs, thereby improving driving safety.

    Abstract: Since defect areas in collected hydro turbine defect images account for a small proportion and there is a significant color difference between surrounding background and defects, which creates too much redundant information and greatly affects detection speed, a method for detecting defects in a hydro turbine top cover based on an improved YOLOv8 model involves first cropping collected defect images to obtain cropped images, then expanding the cropped images by image enhancement techniques such as image flipping and image blurring to obtain a training dataset. A defect detection network based on YOLOv8-CBAM is constructed and trained to generate a defect detection model for detecting the defects in the hydro turbine top cover. The method achieves high precision in defect detection for the hydro turbine top cover.

    Abstract: A restructurable hybrid-wing VTOL aircraft includes a fuselage, two wings, two canard wings and a cabin door. The two wings are provided to opposite sides of the fuselage. Each the wing is provided vertically and symmetrically by two rotary wing modules, and thus an H configuration to the fuselage can be formed. While the lower rotary wing module rotates to align the corresponding wing, a change of relative position with respect to the upper rotary wing module can be generated. Through the rotation of the lower rotary wing module, the vertical surface thereof would be transformed into a lift surface for enlarging the aspect ratio of the wing to improve the corresponding lift-drag ratio. Thereupon, a disadvantage of hyper flight-directional stability to the H-configured tail seat-type aircraft caused by the vertical area of the aircraft can be reduced, and so the tail-seat type aircraft can slide to emergency land.
