The biocontrol agent of the biocontrol strain YW-1 is obtained by the following steps: oscillating culture the biocontrol strain YW-1 in a LB culture medium at 30 Celsius degrees and 180 rpm for 12-16 hours until a total concentration of living bacteria in a bacterial suspension is 1×109-1×1010 CFU/mL; centrifuging the bacterial suspension at 6000 rpm for 10 minutes to collect thalli; and diluting the thalli with sterilized water to obtain a concentration of 100 CFU/milliliter.
