    Abstract: A method for controlling a specific absorption rate (SAR) of a wireless communications device and a wireless communications device, and the wireless communications device includes a first antenna and a second antenna. The method includes transmitting, by the wireless communications device, a radio frequency signal using the first antenna, and stopping using the first antenna and starting transmitting the radio frequency signal using the second antenna when transmit power of the first antenna is greater than first preset power and a first time period elapses to enable the wireless communications device to meet an SAR standard. There is no backoff of antenna transmit power in a process of controlling the SAR of the wireless communications device. Therefore, communication quality of the wireless communications device is ensured while the SAR standard is met.

The method further comprises determining output power of the additional power supply. In addition, the method further comprises, in response to determining that the output power of the additional power supply exceeds peak power limit of the additional power supply, sending, by the additional power supply, a signal to the processor to lower a clock frequency of the processor.

    Abstract: A device for real-time self-diagnosis of a fan and a method are disclosed for detecting whether a fan body encounters an environment abnormal situation. The fan body includes a motor, a fan and a tachometer. The fan body further includes a microcontroller for receiving a speed signal of the tachometer and calculating a speed value of the fan, and detecting a current value of the motor during operation. The microcontroller can control the motor to drive the fan according to a monitoring period and a control signal transmitted from the control board, and can calculate a speed change amount according to the monitoring period, and can calculate a current change amount. When the speed change amount exceeds a speed change threshold and the current change amount exceeds a current change threshold for a period of time, the microcontroller generates an environmental anomaly signal.

The embodiments of this application also disclose the terminal device, so as to increase a speed of going back, by the terminal device, from the VPLMN network to camp on an HPLMN network.
