Abstract: The invention provides a recombinant Escherichia coli strain for producing succinic acid and a construction method thereof. The by-product encoding genes in the E. coli strain FMME-N-2 are knocked out to obtain the E. coli strain FMME-N-5 (?focA-pflB-?ldhA-?pta-ackA); and the phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase pck derived from Actinobacillus succinogenes and the phosphite dehydrogenase ptxD derived from Pseudomonas stutzeri were overexpressed. The constructed plasmid pTrcHisA-pck-ptxD was introduced into the expression host E. coli FMME-N-5 (?focA-pflB-?ldhA-?pta-ackA), and the cells were screened in a plate containing ampicillin, to obtain an engineered strain E. coli FMME-N-5 (?focA-pflB-?ldhA-?pta-ackA)-pck-ptxD that can efficiently produce succinic acid. After fermentation by a two-stage fermentation strategy, the production of succinic acid reaches 137 g/L, the yield of succinic acid is up to 1 g/g glucose, and the space time yield is 1.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multifunctional sounding device, which includes a housing body with a containment space, and a sounding unit. The housing body is provided with a sound outlet. The sounding unit includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The multifunctional sounding device also includes a motor assembly accommodated in the containment space. The motor assembly includes a vibration unit having a driving coil. The driving coil is positioned on the side of the first auxiliary magnetic circuit away from the vibration system. The main magnetic circuit and the second auxiliary magnetic circuit are fixed to the vibration unit. The first auxiliary magnetic circuit is fixed to the housing body. Compared with related technologies, the multifunctional sounding device in the present disclosure has a small overall thickness and volume, and has excellent acoustic performance.

The sounding unit includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The sounding device further includes a motor assembly accommodated in the containment space, having a vibration unit with a voice coil disposed on a side of the magnetic circuit system away from the vibration system, and an elastic member suspending the vibration unit in the containment space. The overall thickness of the multifunctional sounding device of the present disclosure is small, the volume is small, and the acoustic performance is excellent; this structure also reduces the cost of parts and assembly costs, making the multifunctional sounding device widely used.

Abstract: A plasma-facing component of a fusion reactor divertor, including an inner target transition support and a dome transition support which are integrated into an inner target-dome transition support. The inner target-dome transition support and an outer horizontal target transition support are each prepared from two materials. The channel connection inside the inner target-dome transition support and the outer horizontal target transition support is realized through an S-shaped flow channel and a collector box. In V-shaped regions of inner and outer targets, a plasma-facing unit is connected to the collector box in the transition support via a bending tube, and is communicated with a coolant flowing through horizontal and vertical targets through an intermediate flow channel in the transition block. A method of preparing the plasma-facing component is further provided.

In some embodiments, the disclosure provide a method including: acquiring vegetation patch vector data of a research area, extracting a geometric center from the vegetation patch vector data, and constructing the geometric center into a network node combination; constructing, according to a split-and-merge algorithm, the network node combination into Delaunay triangulation networks that are connected to but not overlap with each other; calculating and summarizing connectivity between a patch to which each node in the Delaunay triangulation network belongs and a patch to which an adjacent node belongs, to obtain overall connectivity between the patch to which each node belongs and the patch to which the adjacent node belongs; and performing spatial integrated expression processing on connectivity of each independent patch to obtain a spatial measurement result of vegetation connectivity of the research area.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for preparing pyrrolidone, and the invention provides a method for catalytically preparing pyrrolidone with ?-aminobutyric acid in the presence of carnitine-CoA ligase CaiC. The carnitine-CoA ligase CaiC has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:1. The ligase has catalytic activity in the cyclization of ?-aminobutyric acid to produce pyrrolidone. The carnitine-CoA ligase provided in the present invention affords a yield of pyrrolidone of 3.26 g/L and a molar yield of 39.53% in 24 h when ?-aminobutyric acid is used as a substrate, thus reducing the production period, improving the production of pyrrolidone, and accelerating the industrialization process of producing pyrrolidone by enzymatic conversion method.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses recycling treatment equipment for recycling heavy metals from complexed heavy metal wastewater, and belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment. The recycling treatment equipment includes a wastewater separation and concentration component, an oxidization and decomplexing component, an electrolytic recovery component, and an intelligent detection component. Wastewater containing complexed heavy metals is divided into fresh water and concentrated water by performing microfiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis purification pretreatment, and the fresh water is then recycled in a targeted manner, so that the equipment has energy conservation and discharge reduction effects, can decomplex and recycle heavy metals in the concentrated water, and also synchronously purifies the fresh water. The whole process has the advantages of simple operation, zero sludge, and low treatment cost, so that the equipment is suitable for being greatly promoted.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for efficiently recycling nickel from wastewater and a method. The device includes a housing, and an extraction unit and an electro-deposition unit which are respectively arranged inside the housing. The device is reasonable in overall structural design. An oscillating and floating component and a rotating component in an extraction cavity are used to fully and uniformly mix a solution to maximize the extraction strength. A mixing component in an electro-deposition cavity is used to accelerate ion dispersion, to better recycle nickel. The device is easy to operate, low in cost and suitable for mass promotion.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for 2D regularized planar projection of a point cloud. The method includes: obtaining original point cloud data; initializing a planar structure of 2D projection of the point cloud; calculating horizontal azimuth information of the point cloud based on the original point cloud data; and determining a mapping relationship between the original point cloud data and the planar structure of 2D projection based on the horizontal azimuth information, to obtain a planar structure of 2D regularized projection of the point cloud. In the present invention, a large-scale point cloud may be projected to a 2D regularized planar structure without 2D local search. Therefore, complexity of an algorithm can be reduced, time spent on 2D regularized planar projection of the point cloud can be reduced, and algorithm performance can be improved.
