Abstract: A transceiver circuit includes a first interface and a second interface that are connected to an optical transceiver device, a receiver circuit, a transmitter circuit, and a compensation circuit. The receiver circuit includes a differential amplifier, where a first phase input terminal of the differential amplifier is coupled to the first interface, and where a second phase input terminal of the differential amplifier is coupled to the second interface. The transmitter circuit includes a first transistor, where a terminal of the first transistor is coupled to the second phase input terminal, and where another terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a ground terminal. The compensation circuit is configured to provide a leakage path for the first phase input terminal, or provide a compensation current for the second phase input terminal.

Abstract: A method includes obtaining a first service requirement related to a first device; determining, based on the first service requirement, a first host core model and at least one component hooked to the first host core model; generating a first packet based on the host core model and the at least one component; and configuring the first device based on the first packet. Because a configuration apparatus can run independently of a device that is in a service requirement, configuration can be completed on the device based on the service requirement when a service of the device is not broken. Difficulty in configuration can be effectively reduced by hooking the component to the host core model.

Abstract: Systems and methods for perceiving a scene around a mobile device include a sensor system capturing an image of and object list data for the scene around the mobile device. The image includes a point cloud with group(s) of points. An object list is generated from the object list data, and the object list indicates a location and a speed of each surface in a set of surfaces in the scene. A perception system generates a selected perception using the image and the object list. The selected perception is generated based on a comparison of first, second, and third perceptions within a hierarchy. The first perception includes object speed and object location. The second perception includes object classification and object tracking, and the third perception includes object type and object model. A motion planner generates a motion plan for the mobile device based on the selected perception.

A location is identified within a geographic region that exhibits characteristics defined by the specification. The location is represented in a navigation map and is associated with an operator trigger. As the mobile device approaches the location, a request for manual control is provided to the operator based on the operator trigger, and manual control is initiated.

Abstract: An autonomous work system includes a first work machine, a plurality of second work machines having different functions, a setting device that stores work schedule information indicating work schedule content, performance of the first work machine, and performance of the plurality of second work machines, and a terminal. The first work machine acquires a state of work performed by its own device and transmits detection result information indicating the acquired state of work to the setting device. The setting device discriminates whether additional work is required based on the detection result information and the work schedule information, and in a case where the additional work is required, selects the second work machine, and transmits additional work information including work content for the second work machine and information relating to the second work machine to at least one of the terminal and the second work machine.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses preparation of an L-amino acid deaminase mutant and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of gene engineering. Through pmirLAAD protein modification, analysis of a flexible loop structure around a binding site of the pmirLAAD product, and design of the best mutant, the modification method of the disclosure overcomes the defect that the catalytic efficiency of the previous wild-type enzyme is reduced due to product inhibition, and is tested by experiments. Compared with the control, the catalytic efficiency (1.61 mM?1·min?1) and the product inhibition constant (5.4 mM) of the finally obtained best mutant pmirLAADM4 are respectively increased by 5.2 times and 5.7 times. The yield of ?-ketoisovaleric acid can reach 96.5 g/L, and the transformation rate is greater than 97%. By adopting the method of the disclosure, the cost can be greatly reduced, and the industrialization process of production of ?-ketoisovaleric acid by an enzymatic transformation method is accelerated.

The speaker box includes a breathable separator located in the rear cavity to form a sound absorbing cavity. The lower housing includes a bottom wall and a side wall bent and extended from the bottom wall. The breathable separator includes a fixed part fixed to the upper housing, a breathable part having several air circulation holes, and a sealed part extending from the breathable part and sealing the through hole. The speaker box of the present invention effectively reduces the height of the product and reduces the cost.
