The receiver circuit includes a differential amplifier, where a first phase input terminal of the differential amplifier is coupled to the first interface, and where a second phase input terminal of the differential amplifier is coupled to the second interface. The transmitter circuit includes a first transistor, where a terminal of the first transistor is coupled to the second phase input terminal, and where another terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a ground terminal. The compensation circuit is configured to provide a leakage path for the first phase input terminal, or provide a compensation current for the second phase input terminal.

The selected perception is generated based on a comparison of first, second, and third perceptions within a hierarchy. The first perception includes object speed and object location. The second perception includes object classification and object tracking, and the third perception includes object type and object model. A motion planner generates a motion plan for the mobile device based on the selected perception.

Through pmirLAAD protein modification, analysis of a flexible loop structure around a binding site of the pmirLAAD product, and design of the best mutant, the modification method of the disclosure overcomes the defect that the catalytic efficiency of the previous wild-type enzyme is reduced due to product inhibition, and is tested by experiments. Compared with the control, the catalytic efficiency (1.61 mM?1·min?1) and the product inhibition constant (5.4 mM) of the finally obtained best mutant pmirLAADM4 are respectively increased by 5.2 times and 5.7 times. The yield of ?-ketoisovaleric acid can reach 96.5 g/L, and the transformation rate is greater than 97%. By adopting the method of the disclosure, the cost can be greatly reduced, and the industrialization process of production of ?-ketoisovaleric acid by an enzymatic transformation method is accelerated.
