Abstract: A video conference system built in an internet protocol (IP) network is provided. The system has a multimedia capturing unit, a DECT telephone, and a video conference terminal apparatus. The DECT telephone is utilized to perform video conferencing with the video conference terminal apparatus by receiving and transmitting sounds. The DECT telephone is further utilized to control the video conference terminal apparatus to capture a target image in the video signals from other users in the video conference. The video conference terminal apparatus updates the phonebook image in the phonebook database thereof with the target image.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display including a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines and a pixel array is provided. Each data line has a plurality of first vertical portions, a plurality of second vertical portions and a plurality of horizontal portions. The first vertical portions and the second vertical portions are perpendicular to the scan lines. The horizontal portions are parallel to the scan lines. The first vertical portion and the second vertical portion are alternately arranged. Each first vertical portion is connected to its neighboring second vertical portion by a horizontal portion. The pixel array includes a plurality of pixel units. The length of each horizontal portion is equal to the width of at least one pixel unit. The signals with opposite polarities are received by the pixel units on two sides of each horizontal portion.

Abstract: A non-volatile memory cell and methods for programming, erasing and reading thereof are provided. A non-volatile memory cell includes a substrate having a first conductive type. A first transistor, a second transistor and a select transistor having a second conductive type are disposed in the substrate, wherein a first gate of the first transistor is coupled to a second gate of the second transistor. A source region of the first transistor is coupled to a bit line. A drain region of the second transistor and a gate of the select transistor are coupled to a select gate line. A drain region of the first transistor is coupled to a source region of the select transistor. A drain region of the select transistor is coupled to a select line. A bit is stored in the first and second gates by controlling the bit line and the select gate line. A bit stored in the first and second gates is erased by controlling the bit line and the select gate line.

Abstract: A non-volatile memory cell and methods for programming, erasing and reading thereof are provided. A non-volatile memory cell includes a well region having a first conductive type. A first transistor and a second transistor having a second conductive type are disposed on the well region, wherein a first gate of the first transistor is coupled to a second gate of the second transistor. The first transistor and the second transistor share a drain region, coupling to a bit line. A first source region of the first transistor and a second region of the second transistor are coupled to a first select line and a second line, respectively. A bit is stored in the first and second gates by controlling the first select line and the second line. A bit stored in the first and second gates is erased by controlling the first select line or the second line.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a main body and a support assembly including four L-shaped components. The L-shaped components are arranged around edges of the main body. Each L-shaped component includes two flexible end portions. Each adjacent L-shaped components can be connected to each other at the end portions thereof, allowing the L-shaped components to rotate relative to each other about the two connected end portions. Two connected L-shaped components are able to rotate with respect to the other two L-shaped components, thereby forming an angled structure to support the main body.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a main body and a support assembly. The support assembly includes four support components arranged at four sides of the main body. Each support component includes a first arm and a second arm. A first arm includes a first end portion rotatably connected to one end of one of the four sides of the main body, and a second end portion extending from an end of the first arm. The second arm includes a third end portion rotatably connected to the other end of the side of the main body and defines a sliding groove. A pin is connected to the second end portion and slidably received in the sliding groove. The pin is capable of being held in various positions by friction between the pin and the sliding groove, allowing the support components to maintain at a desired orientation for supporting the main body.

Abstract: A power supply system includes a battery pack and an electronic device. The battery pack includes a battery, a voltage conversion circuit, and a first power port. The electronic device includes a second power port. When the battery pack is connected to the electronic device via the first power port and the second power port, the connection between the battery and the voltage conversion circuit is established, the voltage conversion circuit converts a voltage of the battery to a predetermined voltage and power the electronic device via the first power port and the second power port; when the battery pack does not connect to the electronic device, the connection between the battery and the voltage conversion circuit is cut off.

Abstract: The disclosed are methods for driving a vertically aligned (VA) LCD. The VALCD has an array substrate, an opposite substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed therebetween. The array substrate includes a common line, the opposite substrate includes a common electrode layer, and the liquid crystal layer has a threshold voltage. The common line is applied a higher positive voltage and the common electrode layer is applied a lower positive voltage, such that negative impurities are adsorbed on the common line. As such, image sticking problems are reduced.

A double chamfer is provided at one end of the ball throughbore to facilitate inspection of the brazing quality. Additionally, a loop is formed in the conduit and a dampener is attached to the loop.

Abstract: This disclosure involves methods and systems for controlling WLAN and Bluetooth communications by allocating bandwidth into times blocs having a first segment with Bluetooth priority and a second segment with WLAN priority. Access to the wireless communication medium is signaled over an interface connecting the WLAN and Bluetooth modules. Downlink traffic is modulated by signaling the WLAN access point to buffer traffic during the first segment. WLAN traffic can also be modulated by allowing reception and blocking transmission WLAN signals during the first segment. Further, while high priority Bluetooth transmission are preferably always allowed, low priority Bluetooth transmission can be restricted during the second period, depending upon the respective states of the WLAN and Bluetooth modules. A coexistence agent can be used to transfer relevant information between the WLAN and Bluetooth modules.

Abstract: A circuit protection system, which is coupled to an input end of an integrated circuit receiving an input signal from a signal source, includes an electrostatic discharge protection element and a leakage current protection circuit. The leakage current protection circuit includes a first filter capacitor coupled to the electrostatic discharge protection element, wherein when the input signal includes leakage current with an ac component, the first filter capacitor behaves as a high impedance unit for preventing the leakage current from passing through the electrostatic discharge protection component, and when the input signal includes static electricity, the first filter capacitor behaves as a low impedance unit for allowing the input signal to pass through the electrostatic discharge protection element.

An example method to generate a class of service model is described, including electronically generating a ruleset based on the class of service configuration associated with a router, electronically generating a flat representation of the ruleset, electronically generating a class of service model by composing the flat representation into a composed ruleset, and storing the class of service model in a computer-readable memory.
