  • Publication number: 20170027877
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing a drug composition, which includes steps of dispersing an amphiphilic chitosan derivative, at least a hydrophobic drug, and at least a hydrophilic drug into a solvent to form a mixture solution, and the pH value of the mixture solution is adjusted to a range without precipitating the hydrophilic drug(s) and the hydrophobic drug(s), wherein the amphiphilic chitosan derivative is modified by a plurality of hydrophilic group(s) and a plurality of hydrophobic group(s); and after stirring the mixture solution for at least 12 hours, receiving the drug composition when the pH value of the mixture solution is between pH 6 to 7. The hydrophilic drug(s) and the hydrophobic drug(s) are encapsulated simultaneously by one-pot synthesis, and the protein could be modified by one-pot synthesis to provide a drug composition with multiple functions.

  • Patent number: 8520085
Abstract: A method of full-frame video stabilization with a polyline-fitted camcorder path is disclosed. The regions was first considered of interest in the video to estimate which regions or objects the user wants to capture, and then use a polyline to estimate a new stable camcorder motion path while avoiding the user's interested regions or objects being cut out. Then, the dynamic and static missing areas caused by frame alignment from other frames were filled to keep the same resolution and quality as the original video. Furthermore, the discontinuous regions were smoothed by using a three-dimensional Poisson-based method. After the above automatic operations, a full-frame stabilized video could be achieved and the important regions and objects could also be preserved.

  • Publication number: 20110026388
Abstract: A method for calibrating a focusing error signal of a lightscribe disc includes the following steps. An optical pickup head is moved to a focusing reference surface by utilizing radial voltages to some predetermined measuring positions to find and record the best gain value used to calibrate the asymmetry of the focusing error signal. The best gain fitting curve is formed by curve-fitting, based on the recorded radial voltages and the best gain values. The best gain value is obtained by an interpolation or extrapolation method, and used to calibrate the asymmetry of the focusing error signal of a lightscribe disc.

  • Publication number: 20100260017
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for capturing encoded signals on a label surface. A pick-up head is utilized to detect all or predetermined codes on a control feature zone of a label surface of a Light Scribe disc so as to generate a sub-beam added signal. A calculation unit is used to calculate the average value of the sub-beam added signals. A dynamic slicer, which could dynamically set its standard value at a half of the average value of the sub-beam added signals, slices the sub-beam added signals and captures the encoded signals. A processor decodes the encoded signals and translates those into Light Scribe disc's information.

  • Patent number: 7768890
Abstract: The present invention is to provide an apparatus and method for calibrating focus balance in an optical disk drive. A focus servo unit controls a pick-up head to focus and read a mark for generating an RF signal. A jitter generator separates a jitter signal from the RF signal to form a jitter frequency. A focus balance unit compares sequential jitter frequencies to check the convergence and the goal, and determines the direction and variable of calibrating focus balance to generate an error signal. A compensator receives the error signal through the focus servo unit to control the pick-up head for calibrating focus balance.

  • Publication number: 20070030771
Abstract: A method for automatically correcting an operation type of a disk drive sets a number of times of normal track seeking of the disk drive as a standard. When executing track seeking commands, the method also detects whether a number of times of track seeking in the track seeking commands is greater than the standard, judges occurrence of an abnormal track seeking phenomenon, judges a correct operation type according to an operation type setting of the disk drive and a track seeking direction, automatically corrects and switches a misjudged operation type into the correct operation type setting, and restores to the original operation type setting after the operation type is controlled and switched for a predetermined number of times so as to timely and automatically revise the misjudged operation type setting.
