When the nitrogen-containing fused heterocyclic compound of the present invention is used as a host material of an emitting layer of an organic light-emitting element, the organic light-emitting element has a lower driving voltage (3.8 V to 4.1 V), a higher current efficiency (15 Cd/A to 23 Cd/A or higher) and a longer service life (273 h or higher).

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of display technologies, and particularly to a fused polycyclic compound, and a preparation method and use thereof. The fused polycyclic compound provided in the present invention has a structure of General Formula IV. The structure of the compound has ambipolarity, and the HOMO level and the LUMO level of the host material are respectively located on different electron donating group and electron withdrawing group, such that the transport of charges and holes in the host material becomes more balanced, thereby expanding the area where holes and electrons are recombined in the light emitting layer, reducing the exciton concentration, preventing the triplet-triplet annihilation of the device, and improving the efficiency of the device.

Abstract: A Mobile Lawyer system includes a 360 degree HD video camera configured for mounting on a vehicle; a display screen configured for mounting inside the passenger compartment of a vehicle; and a Mobile Lawyer App downloaded and installed on a mobile telephone in communication with the video camera and display screen, configured, upon command from a user, to notify an attorney located remotely via a cellular and/or computer network, and to display a video image of the remote attorney on the display screen (or the screen of the mobile telephone), and to live-stream a 360 degree video captured by the video camera to the Internet for viewing by the remote attorney and for cloud storage. The introduction of a lawyer on-demand into a police encounter can help to defuse and de-escalate the situation. The lawyer can serve as a live observer, witness, and intermediary who can provide live legal guidance to the user.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method for treating or preventing an inflammatory ocular surface disease or disorder, such as ocular graft-versus-host disease, dry eye, meibomian gland disease, thyroid eye disease, blepharitis, Sjogren's syndrome, peripheral ulcerative keratitis, or Stevens-Johnson syndrome, in a human subject in need thereof, the method comprising (a) administering a topical progesterone composition to the forehead of the subject; (b) administering punctal plugs to the subject; and (c) administering a opical corticosteroid composition, such as loteprednol etabonate ointment, to the eye of the subject. Such administration methods may also be useful in improving corneal health before cataract surgery and/or promoting healing of the cornea after cataract surgery.
