Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system for processing data. During operation, the system obtains a first configuration for processing a first set of content items from a first data source and a second configuration for processing a second set of content items from a second data source. For each content item in the first set of content items, the system uses mappings from the first configuration to transform original fields from the content item into required fields in a record representing the content item. Next, the system generates, from the required fields, a document key for the content item. The system also performs deduplication of multiple records with the document key and stores a single record with the document key. Finally, the system uses the second configuration to generate, from the second set of content items, a set of records independently of processing the first set of content items.

Abstract: A dyeing and finishing method for linen cotton textile fabric with high-shrinkage is described in the present invention, comprises the steps as below: preprocessing, pickling, dyeing and shaping, which can make the fabric with sufficient shrinkage and provide a qualitative sense of linen cotton. Through the above way, in the dyeing and finishing method for linen cotton textile fabric with high-shrinkage provided by the present invention, washing treatment on the fabric by the preprocessing and the pickling before dyeing makes the colorizing more easy and decreases the color difference and colored spot after dyeing, opening the fiber of the fabric and cooling shrinkage during the dyeing process can obtain the unique product style, with a handle more like the linen cotton effect, and a pellet feeling appeared on the cloth cover and the product fabric more like the woven fabric.

The present surfactant composition comprises a cationic-nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant, and exhibits significantly improved interfacial activity and stability as compared with the prior art. With the present surfactant composition, a flooding fluid composition for tertiary oil recovery with improved oil displacement efficiency and oil washing capability as compared with the prior art could be produced.

Abstract: No effective vaccine exists for the devastating parasitic disease of Schistosomiasis. The present invention focuses on Sm-p80, a functionally important antigen of Schistosoma mansoni that plays a pivotal role in the schistosome immune evasion process. When used in a novel vaccine formulation, Sm-p80 demonstrates consistent immunogenicity, protective potential, and antifecundity effects. Two novel DNA constructs were made for immunization purposes. Sm-p80 coding sequence was cloned into VR 1020. Additionally, Sm-p80 coding sequence was cloned into pcDNA3.1 with flanking CpG motifs on each end of the Sm-p80 sequence. When used in different vaccine formulations, both of the constructs demonstrate the superior antifecundity and anti-worm effects of Sm-p80, which has great potential as an important vaccine candidate for the reduction of the morbidity associated with schistosome infection.
