    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-rotor direct drive transmission system, which includes multiple stator units, a guide rail, and multiple rotor units. Each of the multiple stator units includes a stator and a magnetic steel, and the guide rail is attached to the stator. Each of the multiple rotor units includes a rotor, a winding, a drive device, and a power supply unit. The winding is spaced from and arranged directly opposite to the magnetic steel, and the winding is configured to drive the magnetic steel. The drive device is electrically connected to the winding, and the drive device is connected to the control system by wireless communication. The multi-rotor direct drive transmission system further includes a conductive strip. The power supply unit is a movable cable. The multi-rotor direct drive transmission system of the present disclosure is simple in structure, and is easy to control and use.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a linear drive device, which includes: a stator including a stator body and a plurality of coils. The linear drive device further includes a rotor including a rotor body supported on the stator body, and a magnetic steel fixed on the rotor body, a first position feedback unit fixed on the rotor body, and multiple drivers. The multiple coils arranged in series or parallel are electrically connected to one of the multiple drivers, while remaining coils not arranged in series or parallel are divided into multiple groups, and multiple coils in each of the multiple groups are electrically connected to the other driver. The linear drive device further includes a controller electrically connected to the multiple drivers. The linear drive device in the present disclosure not only saves the number of drivers, but also reduces the difficulty of controlling the entire control system.

The direct drive transmission system includes: a base plate, guide rails, a plurality of stators, a mover, a plurality of drivers, and a controller. The plurality of stators are configured to drive the mover to slide on the guide rails. A transmission line composed of the plurality of stators is configured to have at least one low-accuracy segment and at least one high-accuracy segment connected to each other. The direct drive transmission system further includes at least one first switching signal device and a plurality of second switching signal devices. The at least one first switching signal device aligns with a respective second switching signal device, and each second switching signal device is electrically connected to a respective driver or the plurality of second switching signal devices are all electrically connected to the controller.

Each of the multiple mover units includes a mover, and a magnetic steel, two stoppers, and a grating ruler. Each of the two stoppers are configured to pass and block the photoelectric switch. The grating ruler is arranged opposite to the reading head, and the reading head is configured to read information from the grating ruler in real-time. The controller is configured to obtain the reading signal and two zero signals from the photoelectric switch by the driver. Compared with the conventional art, the multi-mover direct drive transmission system of the present invention has simple structure, high positioning accuracy, and easy to use.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a direct drive system, a control method for the same, an electronic device and a storage medium. In the direct drive system, the plurality of primary units are designed to have the position mode and the current mode. In the position mode, a position control instruction is output according to the absolute position information of a mover on the guide rails and predetermined positions of the mover on the guide rails, in order for a respective driver to adjust current in at least one winding primary unit according to the position control instruction, to move the respective mover to a predetermined position. In the current mode, a current control instruction is output, in order for the respective driver to provide current to the at least one winding according to the current control instruction, to compensate a thrust loss occurred in movement of the respective mover.
