  • Publication number: 20040189562
Abstract: An integrated driver device frame of a liquid crystal display panel is provided. The integrated driver device frame comprises a plurality of driver units, a plurality of driver lines and a plurality of output terminals. Each output terminal is coupled to a corresponding pixel element respectively. In the integrated driver device frame of the invention, the plurality of driver units is arranged with two staggered rows, in order that the driver unit width is larger than the interval of every neighboring two output terminals and is less than two times of the interval. Accordingly, the interval of two neighboring output terminals can be equal to the pixel pitch and the dot-per-inch resolution of the LCD panel can be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20040178719
Abstract: An organic light emitting diodes display device includes a number of data lines, scan lines, and cathode electrodes. These scan lines are perpendicular to the data lines to form a number of pixels, each of which possess a pixel area respectively. All the pixels areas form a pixel area array. These cathode electrodes are parallel to the scan lines or data lines and partially cover the pixel area array. Spaces between each two cathode electrodes are above the scan lines or data lines to avoid the parasitic capacitance between the cathode electrodes and scan lines or data lines. And thus the resistance capacitance time delay is prevented.

  • Patent number: 6778158
Abstract: The present invention provides a pre-charging display apparatus. By adding a set of the pre-charging switch resistors, a pre-charging control transistor, and a pre-charging control signal, and because the pre-charging control transistor is OFF when the set of the pre-charging switch transistors are set to ON by the pre-charging control signal, the common capacitor on the common line of the matrix panel (or the inverse electrode of the color filter panel) according to the present invention can transmit its stored charges to data lines to pre-charge the data lines. Therefore, the present invention can improve the charging condition inside the pixels.
