The ecological governance method based on erosion prevention and control for a gentle slope farmland includes the following steps: sampling a gentle slope farmland to investigate erosion thereof; and determining erosion of a gentle slope cultivated land and selecting a corresponding recovery strategy based on a detection result of a sample, a soil quality index (SQI), and a comprehensive vegetation quality index (VQI), where the recovery strategy includes a natural recovery method and a biological-farming comprehensive recovery method; enclosing the gentle slope cultivated land, fallowing the gentle slope cultivated land and reducing tillage; exterminating insect pests and poisonous weeds in the enclosed area; and turning over straws under soil by a cultivator. The growth of poisonous weeds is inhibited.

    Abstract: A hard tissue repair adhesive composition and a hard tissue repair kit comprising same. The adhesive composition comprises a polymerizable monomer (A), polymer powder (B), a polymerization initiator (C), and a filler (D). The polymerization initiator (C) comprises 100 parts by weight of alkoxydialkylboron having a purity of 97% or more and 0.2-5 parts by weight of an alcohol having a boiling point of 60° C. to 180° C. The polymerization initiator (C) does not generate smoke or coking or present ignition quality even when in contact with paper, porous fibers or the like in air, is easy to be taken in a small amount, and can provide a polymerizable composition with high polymerization activity, thereby providing an adhesive composition suitable for hard tissue repair. (A), (B), (C), (D) and all other components comprised according to requirements of the adhesive composition for hard tissue repair can be separately or mixedly stored in three or more members to form a repair kit.

A top layer has an unconnected metal bar which forms a beam director, a resonator and a top part of the ground assembly. The resonator is an integral piece substantially in the form of a loop connected to a feed line and a feed line terminal ending. The feed line terminal ending serves as the ground plane for the feed line as well as providing impedance matching from the external transceiver circuit to the resonator. The ground assembly includes a top layer ground connected to a plurality of metallized half cylindrical hole channels (or metallized via holes) which connect to a ground terminal in a bottom layer.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of an artificial antibody. The preparation method includes the following steps: screening a target siRNA from a conserved gene or a microsatellite of a coronavirus, synthesizing a small hairpin RNA (shRNA) that has a loop by complementary sense and antisense strands of the siRNA, synthesizing an ACE2 capable of binding to a receptor-binding domain (RBD), and synthesizing the artificial antibody including an shRNA region and an ACE2 region by ligating the ACE2 to sense and antisense strands of the shRNA separately. The bivalent ACE2 is used for neutralization of the RBD and targeted delivery of the shRNA; the shRNA is ligated to the virus through the ACE2 and enters target cells with virus infection, thereby avoiding a side effect of non-specific delivery of the shRNA to uninfected cells, as well as resisting the variant strain and neutralizing the virus with the ACE2.

The data collected from the fluids is then compared to a cloud or local data base.     Abstract: Compositions and methods for selective mTOR inhibition and/or increase of autophagy in a tissue of a subject have been developed for the treatment of cancer. Caged mTOR inhibitor prodrugs including photo-cleavable protecting groups are provided for selective chemotherapy through an optochemical treatment system. Pharmaceutical compositions of mTOR inhibitors that are deactivated (caged) with a photo-removable protecting group to controllably block the inhibitory activity of the inhibitor are provided. The photo-removable group is cleavable upon exposure to light irradiation, releasing the active inhibitor of mTOR signaling and autophagy at the site of irradiation. An exemplary caged mTOR inhibitor prodrug is a caged OSI-027 prodrug having a DEACM moiety bound thereto (cOSI-027). The cOSI-027 is activated in the region of a tumor by removal of the DEACM protecting group by exposure to light at 420 nm.

This LNA is turned off when the power amplifier is turned on to prevent uplink path and downlink path forming a feedback loop which would result in oscillation, noise and interference.
