    Abstract: Some implementations described herein a provide a multi-die package and methods of formation. The multi-die package includes a dynamic random access memory integrated circuit die over a system-on-chip integrated circuit die, and a heat transfer component between the system-on-chip integrated circuit die and the dynamic random access memory integrated circuit die. The heat transfer component, which may correspond to a dome-shaped structure, may be on a surface of the system-on-chip integrated circuit die and enveloped by an underfill material between the system-on-chip integrated circuit die and the dynamic random access memory integrated circuit die. The heat transfer component, in combination with the underfill material, may be a portion of a thermal circuit having one or more thermal conductivity properties to quickly spread and transfer heat within the multi-die package so that a temperature of the system-on-chip integrated circuit die satisfies a threshold.

    Abstract: A method and a system are provided for automatically delineating a striatum in a nuclear medicine brain image and calculating a striatum specific uptake ratio. In the method, initially, a target image is obtained. Then, the target image is projected to a space coordinate to generate a projection amount; an upper end and a lower end of a brain are obtained; and a preset range from the upper to the lower ends is set as a striatum slice area in the target image. A brain area is determined from the target image by a line detection method. Then, a brain volume template is deformed according to the brain area and the striatum slice area, so that a striatum in the brain volume template corresponds to the target image to delineate a striatum region of the target image. Finally, a specific uptake ratio of the striatum region can be calculated.

The fastener is also used as pivot for the arm to swing back and forth. On the arm in the back of the jaw clamp, there is a control button that provides vertical pushing force in the back of the jaw clamp and allows strong clamping force in the front of the jaw clamp onto the scraper blade to achieve stable assembly and fast replacement for scraper blade.

    Abstract: The invention is related to a trowel that can be easily assembled and replaced for blade. The trowel comprises a handgrip shank and a knife holder that can accommodate a blade. The knife holder has a crossing locking groove inside and its top is firmly attached to the top of the supporting surface of the shank by fasteners. Thus, a suitable gap is formed between the bottom of the knife holder and the supporting surface. As a result, when the knife back has multiple locking hooks apart in equal distance, the blade can use knife back to slide in from the knife holder side and be locked inside the locking groove with the locking hooks. This provides a firm assembly positioning without downward detachment. In addition, the blade can be quickly removed from the knife holder side for replacement.

    Abstract: The invention is related to an assembly joint structure of a long handle and a scraper top for a scraping tool. In general, it contains a long handle for hand grip and a scraper top in the front. In the invention, the rear central section of the scraper top has a connecting column of suitable length. On the connecting column, there are two through holes. In the front of the long handle, there is a connecting hole that has the same inner diameter as the outer diameter of the connecting column. On the wall of the connecting hole there are corresponding through holes. When the scraper top inserts the connecting column into the connecting hole of the long handle, rivets can be put in the through holes to constitute an assembly joint structure between the long handle and the scraper top.

There are an auto-mode and a manual mode for measurement algorithm. The auto-mode completes measurement and recording processes automatically during 2 minutes and pressurizes the system from low pressure (30 mmHg) to high pressure (120 mmHg) with 10 mmHg gradient every 5 seconds while the manual mode completes measurement and recording processes during a long time under a user's setting. Moreover, by a post-treatment of the system, the system is able to obtain continuous pulse signals, continuous pulse differential signals, and continuous pulse integral signals that are useful for Chinese medicine to evaluate and monitor the user's cardio-physiology and circulatory system.
