  • Publication number: 20060222820
Abstract: The present invention relates to a kind of bonding sheet made of hot-melt adhesive, by introducing its production method and way to glue, shape and bond two items. It is first to prepare a female die and a male die for producing the bonding sheet, which can be used to glue and bond the items. It is then made as follows: first prepare the hot-melt adhesive; then heat it to be melting; fill the melting hot-melt adhesive into the female die cavity via adding pressure; press the male and female dies to mount together; and finally cool it down to get the bonding sheet with hot-melt adhesive as composition. This sheet can be attached to the place where the two items are to be bonded, and glue the items through proper heating and pressing. After cooling down, it can be bonded with the items and become solid to bond and shape the two items, and eventually achieves the objective of convenient production and environmental protection.

A contact hole is formed to penetrate through the first insulation layer. A barrier layer is deposited in the contact hole and fills a portion of the contact hole. A contact plug is formed on the barrier layer and fills the contact hole. The first insulating layer is etched back until the surface of the first insulating layer is below the contact plug. A diffusion barrier layer is then deposited on the first insulating layer and the contact plug. The diffusion barrier layer is planarized until the contact plug is exposed to form a composite contact plug. The memory device is constructed on the composite contact plug.

  • Patent number: 6368910
Abstract: A method for fabricating semiconductor memory cells such as dynamic random access memory (DRAM) and ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) with improved contact between the capacitor electrode and the underneath device area. It includes the following main steps of: (1) forming a first dielectric layer on a wafer surface; (2) forming at least one through opening in the first dielectric layer; (3) forming a ruthenium based plug in the through opening; and (4) forming a capacitor in contact with the ruthenium based plug. The ruthenium based plug can be made of ruthenium metal, conductive ruthenium oxide, or a stack of conductive ruthenium oxide and ruthenium metal. The method allows the memory cell to be made without the need for a barrier, which is required to protect the storage electrode from reacting with Si atoms during the fabrication process.
