Abstract: A health care fitness underwear comprises an underwear body and at least one cushion layer formed on the underwear body. The underwear body is made of a flexible fabric and has a far infrared ray or negative ion element for fitness and health care. The cushion layer is formed corresponding to an area where blood vessels and acupuncture points of the body of a wearer exist, and a far infrared ray structure may be provided to stimulate the wear's body by using the far infrared ray and particularly to further stimulate the wear body's blood vessels and acupuncture points for blood circulation, thereby the effect of health care being achieved.
