DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Now, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the following embodiments. It is to be noted that the following descriptions of preferred embodiments of this invention are presented herein for purpose of illustration and description only; it is not intended to be exhaustive or to be limited to the precise form disclosed.

Refer to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a first preferred embodiment of this invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic rear view of the preferred embodiment.

As shown in the figures, a health care fitness underwear 1 according to this invention is provided for a user to put on. Its appearance and form is not limited to embodiments disclosed in the figures; manufacturers may design and manufacture by themselves all styles required by users.

The health care fitness underwear 1 comprises an underwear body 2 for the user to put on, and at least one cushion layer 3 formed on the underwear body.

With reference to FIG. 3, the underwear body 2 may be made up of a flexible fabric layer, such as a flexible net fabric layer 21 or/and a flexible cotton fabric layer 22, and its form is corresponding to that of a human body. The flexible net fabric layer 21 or the flexible cotton fabric layer 22 is made of a flexible fabric to tighten the human body for fitness. Besides, for the user's comfortable dressing, especially in this invention, the softer flexible cotton fabric layer 22 may be stacked on an opposite inside of the flexible net fabric layer 21 to touch the user's body skin; certainly, the positions of two fabric layers 21 and 22 may interchange with each other and even one layer is formed with a single fabric into the underwear body 2.

Enhancing an effect of physical therapy and health care, the flexible net fabric layer 21 and/or the flexible cotton fabric layer 22 may be formed with a far infrared ray element 4 or a negative ion element 5 to stimulate the wearer's body with a formed particular micro energy.

The far infrared ray element 4 or the negative ion element 5 may be formed in a yarn, and then the yarn is knit for the flexible net fabric layer 21. Alternatively, the far infrared ray element 4 or the negative ion element 5 may even be formed in a powder that is then provided in the flexible net fabric layer 21 or the flexible cotton fabric layer 22.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the embodiment that is cut along a section line II-II of FIG. 1. The cushion layer 3 is sewed on a surface inside the underwear body 2 (flexible cotton fabric layer 22) with the yarns overlapped or tied so as to be protruding at the sewed side and then corresponding to the wearer's body on which at least partial portions are rubbed down. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the cushion layer 3 may be formed corresponding to the blood vessels and acupuncture points or veins and arteries, such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and the like, of the body of wearer. Through the rub of cushion layer 3, the blood in all veins and arteries of the body of wearer may be driven to circulate. The far infrared ray element 4 or the negative ion element 5 is provided to further enhance the effect of physical therapy and health care on the wearer's body.

FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a second preferred embodiment of this invention. The embodiment is mostly same as the first embodiment and what is different is the cushion layer 3 that may use the flexible net fabric layer 21 or the flexible cotton fabric layer 22 that is folded into a protruding form that is later sewn for fixing, in which the sewn and fixed flexible net fabric layer 21 or the flexible cotton fabric layer 22 is formed with the far infrared ray element 4 or the negative ion element 5, so the effect of enhancement of rubdown and energy action that is given by the cushion layer 3 may be achieved as that is described in the first embodiment.

What is further emphasized is number of the folded cushion layers 3 that may be increased or decreased depending on a request of a designer and that is not limited to that disclosed in the embodiment.

Further, the cushion layer 3 may also be formed in another style; for example, the flexible net fabric layer 21 or the flexible cotton fabric layer 22 is sewn with the far infrared ray fabric folded or the tam tied for forming the cushion layer 3 in a determined size, and namely the object of design according to this invention may be achieved as long as a surface of the flexible net fabric layer 21 or flexible cotton fabric layer 22 of the underwear body 2 is corresponding to all veins and arteries of the body of wearer and is formed with at least one layer 3 having the far infrared element 4 or the negative ion element 5.

FIG. 6 is a sectional view of a third preferred embodiment of this invention.

The cushion layer 3 is implemented in the first and second preferred embodiments that are integrated together; namely, the cushion layer 3 is sewn with the yarns overlapped and tied on the surface of inner side of the flexible cotton fabric layer 22 of underwear body 2, and is sewn with the yarns folded on the surface outside the flexible net fabric layer 21. Thus, the layer may be directly corresponding to and rub down all veins and arteries of the body of wearer and may further use the far infrared ray element or the negative ion element to stimulate the veins and arteries for blood circulation, thereby the specific effect of physical therapy and health care being achieved.

What we especially explain is the far infrared ray that may make the human body cause acoustic resonance to drive a molecule to rotate in the body. The molecules rub down with each other for thermal reaction to raise a hypodermic temperature of the body and thus expand capillaries and accelerate the blood to circulate. Thus, human body metabolism is accelerated, toxin is eliminated out of the body, and the body is made to promptly generate a new enzyme to limber up the body's physiological functions for achievement of the effect of health care.

To sum up, in this invention, the cushion layer structured with the far infrared ray is used and corresponding to the blood vessels and acupuncture points of the body of wearer. The far infrared ray may be therefore emitted to the contact area corresponding to the cushion layer to accelerate the blood to circulate for achievement of the effect of health care. Further, in this invention, the far infrared ray element or the negative ion element is formed in the flexible net fabric layer or the flexible cotton layer, so the layer may completely emit the far infrared ray or the negative ion to the wearer's body for the complete effect of health care and for full implementation of this invention.

While the invention has been described in terms of what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention needs not be limited to the disclosed embodiment. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims which are to be accorded with the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar structures.
