    Abstract: An outlet airflow direction control device includes a fan and a frame. The frame has an inlet and an outlet via which an amount of fluid flows into and out of the frame, and is internally provided at the outlet with a hub seat for supporting the fan thereon. A plurality of fluid control elements are radially provided between the frame and the hub seat to connect them to each other. Each of the fluid control elements is connected at an outer end, which forms a directional-guide section, to the frame, and at an inner end, which forms a connecting section, to the hub seat. The directional-guide section has an area larger than that of the connecting section, so that the fluid control elements are adapted to control a flow direction of the fluid flown out of the outlet of the frame.

The flow-guiding shield provides an inlet and an outlet and at least a guiding part is disposed at the inlet side. The guiding part receives fluid from the fan and the outlet fits with the conductive part. The fluid dragged by the fan wheel is received by and guided with the guiding part toward the conductive part.

    Abstract: An anti-vibration device for a motor bearing at least comprises an axial barrel core, a shaft and a shock retard piece. The axial barrel core has a recess at the bottom thereof with the recess having a flat top. A bearing is received in the axial barrel and the shock retard piece is placed on the top of the recess so that a space is formed between the shock retard piece and the recess available for the shock retard piece being deformed.
