    Abstract: A method for managing network live streaming data and a related apparatus, device and storage medium, the method includes: a stream pushing request transmitted by a data access device is received; a stream pushing parameter set based on a media content feature of stream pushing data from multiple data sources in the data access device is determined; a target port is then determined according to the stream pushing parameter; the stream pushing data transmitted by the data access device is further received through the target port; and the stream pushing data is pushed to a live streaming device, so that the live streaming device plays media content data in a network live streaming process. In this way, a process of combining media content of multiple terminals and performing network live streaming is implemented.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system acquires volume image flow data sets of subvolumes of a blood vessel over at least a cardiac cycle. Image data of the subvolumes is then aligned both spatially and temporally to produce 3D images of the volume flow of the blood vessel over a heart cycle. A volume flow profile curve is produced from the acquired volume image flow data sets. The subvolumes are scanned starting with the center of the blood vessel and proceeding outward therefrom. The blood vessel center may be designated manually by a user or automatically by the ultrasound system by Doppler or other methods. Each subvolume is scanned over a heart cycle, with the systolic phase in the temporal center of the acquisition interval. The subvolumes are scanned in synchronism with the heart cycle and the estimation of a heart cycle is updated during each subvolume data acquisition interval.

Additionally, in some embodiments, the data may be interpolated to establish a map of a plume of the fugitive gas.

When the first syntax element indicates that transform skip mode is allowed for the current sequence of video pictures and when transform skip mode is used for a current block in a current picture of the current sequence, the video decoder reconstructs the current block by using quantized residual signals that are not transformed.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a pure end-to-end deep reinforcement learning for training car racing game AI bot that uses only the velocity information extracted from screen for both training and testing phases without using any internal state from game environment, such as the car facing angle. The learned AI bot can play better than the average performance of human players. In addition, the reward function is designed to consist only the velocity value, and use Ape-X distributed training framework combined with a variant of Deep Q Network to solve the sparse training signal problem caused by the reward function of an original design. Moreover, limit learner rate method is designed that improves the training efficiency and training performance. The AI bot trained in this way can achieve performance beyond the average human level and reach a level close to professional players.

    Abstract: A pushing force-actuated braking device includes an annular housing that houses a brake disc, a braking piston, plural braking elements, and a brake-releasing piston. When only the braking piston is under the action of a fluid, the braking piston applies an axial pushing force to the brake disc such that the brake disc is kept at a braking position jointly by the braking piston and the braking elements. When only the brake-releasing piston is under the action of a fluid, the brake-releasing piston applies an opposite pushing force to the brake disc to keep it at a brake-releasing position. Should the fluid acting on the braking piston fail, the force of the braking elements still enables the brake disc to produce a braking effect. The pushing force-actuated braking device has a modular design to facilitate assembly and disassembly. A rotary table using the braking device is also provided.
