    Abstract: An anti-slip fastener driver includes a body portion and a driving portion formed at one terminal end of the body portion. The driving portion includes at least one peripheral face. At least one contact face is formed at one distal end of the driving portion opposite to the body portion. The contact face is beveled and at an inner included angle less than 90 degrees to the peripheral face. The contact face is adapted to abut against a terminal section of a bottom surface of a socket formed in a fastener to increase contact area between the socket and the anti-slip fastener driver for providing enough friction to turn the fastener.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sensor chip for biomedical and micro-nano structured substances and a method for manufacturing the same. The sensor chip includes plural metal nanoparticles and a porous anodized aluminum oxide film. The plural metal nanoparticles are completely contained in holes of the porous anodized aluminum oxide film and located at the bottom of the holes, and an aluminum oxide layer covering the second end of the holes has a thickness of 1 nm to 300 nm. When analytes such as biomedical molecules are provided in contact with the sensor chip, a Raman signal can be detected based on the Raman spectroscopy. The structure of the sensor chip of the present invention is uncomplicated and the manufacturing steps thereof are simple, and therefore the sensor chip of the present invention is of great commercial value. Also, a method of manufacturing the above sensor chip is disclosed.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a charging socket, a protection circuit, and a battery. The charging socket includes a charging pin. The charging pin is detachably connected to a charging plug of a power supply device, receives power from the power supply device, and transmits the power to the battery. The protection circuit is connected between the battery and the charging socket, and controls whether the battery is electrically connected to the charging pin. During a process of disconnecting the charging socket from the charging plug, the protection circuit disconnects the battery from the charging pin before the charging pin is disconnected from the charging plug.

When the outgoing human speech is coupled to the DC control circuit by a first optocoupler and sent to another communication device and incoming human speech is transmitted from the other communication device via the DC control circuit and a second optocoupler, echoes and extraneous noise in the speech is reduced.

In video coding systems, the temporal redundancy is exploited using motion compensated prediction. The video sequence is often organized into multiple GOP (group of pictures) where different types of GOP may be used. In conventional coding systems, IPPP and IBBP GOP structure is often used. In H.264/AVC and the emerging High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), hierarchical GOP structure, including hierarchical P GOP structure and hierarchical B GOP structure, has been introduced to allow temporal scalability. Furthermore, low-delay IBBB GOP structure has been also introduced, for low-delay application. In the present invention, a low-delay hierarchical B GOP structure is disclosed. The new structure uses low-delay B-pictures only so as to minimize the processing delay while the hierarchical structure provides the temporal scalability.
