The driver has at least one common voltage terminal. The conductive wiring has a connection point and is coupled to the common voltage terminal of the driver. The transient voltage suppressor is coupled to a ground terminal and the connection point, and the connection point is near the common voltage terminal.

The second pivotal portion and the display unit form an angle. The fastening assembly is pivotally disposed in the first casing and includes a fastening element and a first elastic element. The fastening element is disposed corresponding to the fastening groove of the second pivotal portion. The first elastic element is connected with the fastening element. When the fastening element is fastened to the fastening groove, the first elastic element provides elastic force to allow the display unit to firmly cover the first casing.

The power supply circuit provides the touch pen with a working voltage, and the signal-receiving electrode receives at least one surface signal of a touch-sensing structure of a capacitive touch-sensitive device. The inverted amplifying circuit reversely amplifies the surface signal to generate a reversely amplified signal, and the signal-emitting electrode emits the reversely amplified signal to attenuate a detection signal of the capacitive touch-sensitive device in a position coinciding with a touch point of the touch pen.

    Abstract: A touch panel comprising a substrate, a touch element, a first grounding electrode, an insulation layer and a second grounding electrode is disclosed. The touch element is disposed on a first surface of the substrate. The first grounding electrode is disposed on the first surface to surround the touch element. The insulation layer is disposed on the first surface to cover the touch element and the first grounding electrode. The second grounding electrode is disposed on the first insulation layer or on a second surface of the substrate opposite to the first surface. Therefore, the ESD can be conducted to the grounding end G of the circuit component through the enclosed first grounding electrode, and the signal interference between the touch panel and display can be shielded by the second grounding electrode to enhance anti-ESD and anti-noise abilities of the touch panel.
