The provider edge device may generate and provide a MAC/IP route proxy advertisement based on the MAC route or the MAC and IP route, detect a potential decrease in reliability of the MAC route or the MAC and IP route, broadcast a request to verify the reliability of the MAC and IP route, determine whether the reliability of the MAC route, or the MAC and IP route, has decreased, and perform an action to cause withdrawal of the MAC/IP route proxy advertisement, or to cause a second MAC/IP route advertisement that identifies the MAC route, or the MAC and IP route, to be provided, based on determining whether the reliability of the MAC route, or the MAC and IP route, has decreased.

Each of the connecting lines establishes an electrical connection between the touch sensor unit and the display driving IC. The compensating portions are electrically connected to the display driving IC. The connecting lines and the compensating portions receive a common voltage from the display driving IC during the display period. A sum of the lengths of the connecting line and the compensating portion is constant throughout the plurality of connecting lines so as to compensate for different capacitances of the connecting lines.

The method includes forming a silicon spacer on a sidewall of the opening. A cleaning process is performed through the opening to expose the substrate at the region. An oxidation process is performed on the substrate at the region to form the gate oxide layer, wherein the silicon spacer is also oxidized to merge to an edge of the gate oxide layer.

In this design, the gas container, relief valve, gas nozzle, relief pipe, and pipe joint are connected with screwing structures, so as to achieve the function of easy assembling.
