  • Publication number: 20070277397
Abstract: An insole including a main body having a bottom face and a top face with a configuration adapted to a curvature of a human sole. The top face has a heel section, a hollow section and a toe section. The heel section has a substantially concaved structure with a higher periphery and a lower central portion. The hollow section integrally forward extends from the heel section and has a substantially convex structure adapted to the configuration of human sole. The hollow section gradually ascends in accordance with an inner side of the human sole, whereby the insole can snugly and tenderly attach to the heel and hollow of the human sole. The bottom face is a plane face. Two sides of the bottom face upward extend to increase the contact area with the ground and enhance firmness and flexibility of the insole.

  • Publication number: 20050111548
Abstract: A system and method to process a signal sequence is described. A hybrid block matching and transform based N-Dimensional signal sequence encoder and decoder is disclosed. The encoder includes encoder side block matching predictor, which includes entropy based cost function which can be estimated from certain energy measure of the block matching difference; a fast block matching search method to learn the results from neighboring blocks and to perform large range search with only a small number of points to visit. A method is disclosed to dynamically adjust the cost function parameters and other coding control parameters based on encoder outputs, and to optimize the quality and performance of the encoder. A method is disclosed to enable exploring and rapid processing of fractional grid points for n-dimensional block matching. A hybrid block matching and transform based n-dimensional signal sequence decoder is disclosed.

  • Patent number: 5408274
Abstract: Inverse motion compensating devices are used to transform motion compensated transform domain video signals to corresponding transform domain video signals. A compositing mechanism receives the transform domain video signals from the inverse motion compensating devices and performs transform domain video compositing operations directly on the transform domain video signals. The compositing operations result in a single composited signal incorporating each of the transform domain video signals. The single composited signal may be encoded for motion compensation to generate a single motion compensated transform domain video signal suitable for transmission. After transmission, inverse transform domain operations and inverse motion compensation operations may be performed to reconstruct the composited signal. The composited signal may then be projected on a video display device.
