    Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, network element and terminal of achieving identity and location separation and interface identifier allocation. The method of achieving an identity and location separation network includes: an EPS network side network element acquiring an Access Identifier (AID) of a User Equipment (UE), and transmitting the acquired AID to the UE; a Packet Data Network Gateway (P-GW) to which the UE is attached allocating a subnet prefix for the UE, and transmitting the subnet prefix to the UE; and the UE combining into an IPv6 address using the AID as an interface identifier part of the IPv6 address and the subnet prefix as a subnet prefix part of the IPv6 address, and using the IPv6 address to configure the IPv6 address of the UE itself.

The at least one primary switch is configured to turn on or turn off current to the isolator on the primary side. The protection circuit is coupled to the at least one primary switch. The protection circuit includes a detecting device for detecting switch state of a secondary switch on the secondary side. The detecting device is configured to drive the at least one primary switch according to the detected switch state. A method for operating the power conversion system is also described.

    Abstract: A P2P network has a content provider and a plurality of peers viewing the same video streaming channel. Each peer has a P2P live streaming system. In an exemplary system, a token manager module manages at least a token sent by the plurality of peer nodes, notifies a recording manager module to publish recorded media stream content, and to record media stream data. The recording manager module, according to the notification, manages a corresponding buffer for each peer node itself, records the media stream content into the corresponding buffer and publishes the recorded media stream content information to the P2P network. A P2P module handles the P2P messages and maintains the P2P network topology for the plurality of peer nodes.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided for implementing initial network entry procedures by a Femto access point which is required to be authenticated by the WiMAX network prior to becoming active and operational. The method includes implementing a DNS query to discover an associated server and gateway in an associated Femto network service provider domain and obtaining an IP address for the server and an IP address for the gateway. The method also includes authenticating the Femto access point with the associated Femto network service provider and establishing a secure IP tunnel between the Femto access point and the gateway.
