    Abstract: Disclosed herein are diagnostic and prognostic methods for determining drug sensitivity and resistance in Ewing's sarcoma patients. Treatments for drug-resistant Ewing's sarcoma are also disclosed. The assays involve the detection of GSTM4 gene expression alone or in combination with other clinical factors. The tests are suitable for diagnosing and monitoring treatment of patients having or suspected of having Ewing's sarcoma. The disclosure also relates to inhibitors of GSTM4 for the treatment of Ewing's sarcoma, including drug-resistant forms thereof.

In order to enhance the light intensity of the light source unit, a light reflector is further provided within the light compartment for reflecting the illumination light from the light source unit, such that the lighter not only provides the traditional ignition function, but also provides an added on illumination function in the single compact lighter housing.

A first patterned and etched photoresist layer is provided above the UBM layer, the first patterned and etched photoresist layer defining at least one first opening therein. A second patterned and etched photoresist layer is provided above the first patterned and etched photoresist layer, the second patterned and etched photoresist layer defining at least one second opening therein, the second opening being wider than the first opening. A solder material is filled in the at least one first opening and substantially filled in the at least one second opening.
