  • Publication number: 20120095810
Abstract: A System for conducting automated campaigns consists of an organization creating a caller list, a receiver list and initiating a click-to-call process whereby callers are prompted to become aware of a campaign and execute a click-to-call feature. The click-to-call feature alerts the organization that the caller will participate and causes the organization to connect with the receiver. Once contact is made with the receiver, the organization re-connects with the caller and bridges the contact between caller and receiver. In order to maintain security, callers are challenged by authentication protocols and pseudonymous display names are used to identify individual callers and receivers.

  • Publication number: 20110254962
Abstract: The invention discloses a controlling apparatus for a signal outputting circuit in an electronic system. The controlling apparatus includes a detecting circuit, a switch, and a controlling circuit. The detecting circuit is used for detecting whether the electronic system has an abnormal condition. The switch is electrically connected between a signal receiving terminal and the signal outputting circuit. The controlling circuit is electrically connected between the detecting circuit and the switch. Once the detecting circuit detects that the electronic system has the abnormal condition, the controlling circuit sets the switch into a high-impedance state.

  • Patent number: 7880213
Abstract: A structure and a method of fabricating a bottom electrode of a metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor are provided. First, a transition metal layer is formed on a substrate. Thereafter, a self-assembling polymer film having a nano-pattern is formed on the transition metal layer to expose a portion of the transition metal layer. Using the self-assembling polymer film as a mask, the exposed portion of the transition metal layer is treated to undergo a phase change so that the bottom electrode can achieve a nano-level of phase separation. Thereafter, the self-assembling polymer film is removed.

  • Publication number: 20100164929
Abstract: The invention discloses a source driver. The source driver comprises a plurality of channels and a control module. Each of the plurality of channels comprises an output buffer, an output pad, a driving switch, and a charge sharing switch. The control module is used to control a gate signal of the driving switch or the charge sharing switch in each channel to be changed linearly. By doing so, a peak current generated by the source driver can be lowered to reduce the electromagnetic interference (EMI).

  • Publication number: 20090195653
Abstract: A method and system of video surveillance by using existing street light, traffic light and other household or outdoor light assemblies. A video camera is mounted in the light assembly and is powered through power lines of the light assembly. A converter is used to convert images captured by the video camera into Internet Protocol (IP) video data. A combiner then combines the IP video data into the power stream for transmission through the power lines. Both the converter and the combiner are housed in the light assembly. The IP video data travels through the power lines and is separated from the power stream at a collection point. The separated IP video data is transmitted wirelessly or through existing cables over the Internet for viewing.
