    Abstract: A satellite in-orbit secure anomaly detection method for offshore wind farms, includes: a trusted authority center sets the basic security parameters of the system, and initializes the XOR filter; the first type of satellite and the second type of satellite are configured to prepare for subsequent data processing; the first type of satellite receives anomaly data sent by the remote manager of the offshore wind farm and adds it to the XOR filter, using the fingerprint of the XOR filter to generate corresponding elements and sends them to the second type of satellite; an anomaly data intersection phase: the second type of satellite receives real-time data sets from sensors of the offshore wind farm, uses the XOR filter to filter out elements that do not belong to the intersection, and then completes the intersection process of the two sets with the first type of satellite.

    Abstract: A method for recovery of residual coal pillars by freezing accumulated water in room-and-pillar mining areas is provided. A feasibility of repeated mining of residual coal pillars in room-and-pillar goafs is distinguished based on production data and exploration data of a mine. An accumulated water in the room-and-pillar mining areas is frozen to replace a paste filling material, which envelopes collapse roofs and gangues in the room-and-pillar goaf as a whole. The room-and-pillar goaf is filled with a frozen ice body. Roadways and mining faces are arranged in the frozen ice body. Coal cutter cuts the residual coal pillars and the frozen ice body. With the advancing of the mining face, the residual coal pillars are gradually recovered and melted water after the cutting is pumped out.

    Abstract: Herein are presented methods for incorporating a novel bacteriophage, CAM-21, that exhibits lytic activity against pathogenic E. coli, into food, food packaging, films, and quantum dot-based biosensors. The bacteriophage contains no genes associated with toxins, virulence factors, antibiotic resistance, lysogeny, or allergens. Methods are provided for encapsulating the bacteriophage with proteins and/or carbohydrate materials to enhance stability. Various films in which the bacteriophage are incorporated, and which similarly exhibit suppression of pathogenic E. coli, are also provided. Additionally, when conjugated with N-doped graphene quantum dots, CAM-21 enables biosensor development for E. coli detection in food products through altered photoluminescence emission spectra, and methods for making and using such biosensors are provided.
