The second prism sheet has multiple second prism structures facing the light guide plate. During a training phase of a neural network model, a feedforward procedure based on a calibration data is performed to obtain distribution information of a feedforward result for at least one layer of the neural network model. During the training phase of the neural network model, a bit upper bound of a partial sum is generated based on the distribution information of the feedforward result. During an inference phase of the neural network model, a bit-number reducing process is performed on an original operation result of an input data and a weight for the neural network model according to the bit upper bound of the partial sum to obtain an adjusted operation result.

The bonding pad is disposed on the substrate. The light-emitting unit is disposed on the bonding pad and is electrically connected to the bonding pad. The first substitutive bonding pad is disposed on the substrate. A defect detecting process is performed to detect whether the light-emitting device of each pixel unit is defective or not. A repairing process is performed to form a first substitutive light-emitting device on the first substitutive bonding pad when a light-emitting device of a pixel unit is found defective.

The control circuit detects the voltage of the DC power capacitor and the current of the power source, thereby performing a closed loop control to stabilize the voltage of the DC power capacitor and performing a feed forward control to generate a driving signal for driving the power converter. The power converter actuates the DC power capacitor to supply a current via the high-frequency filter to reduce the reactive and harmonic components of load current. The load is converted to the linear resistance characteristic, observed from the power source side.

    Abstract: A close loop control system includes a controlled system having a controlled variable and a control variable, a first detecting unit, a second detecting unit, and a feedback control unit. The first and the second detecting units detect the controlled system to output a first and a second feedback values corresponding to the control variable. The feedback control unit controls the controlled system according to the differential value of the first or the second feedback value and a predetermined value to stabilize the controlled variable to the predetermined value. The absolute differential value of the first and the second feedback values determines if detecting units are regular. When the absolute differential value is smaller than an error value, the controlled variable is controlled according to the first feedback value. When the absolute differential value is not smaller than the error value, the controlled variable is fixed to a fixed value.
