    Abstract: Aspects of present disclosures involve systems, methods, and apparatus for a bone mounted robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery system for precise implant position, soft tissue balancing, and guidance of tools during a surgical procedure, particularly partial or total knee replacement procedure. The system features a bone-mounted robotic arm with an end-effector for precise positioning of a surgical tool, positioning of implants, and balancing of soft tissues. The reconfigurable robotic system requires minimal training by surgeons, is intuitive to use similar to conventional instrumented surgery, and has a small footprint. The system works with existing, conventional instruments, patient-specific instruments, sensor-assisted systems, and computer-assisted systems and does not require increased surgical time and safely provides the enhanced precision achievable by robotic-assisted systems and computer-assisted technologies.

The center cylindrical layer is expressed as layer 1 and is a solid cylinder. Layers 2 to n are in a sequentially outward nested arrangement surrounding the center cylindrical layer and respectively are n-1 concentric rings. The n concentric layers are assembled into a multilayer cylinder and are characterized in that the dielectric constants of the n concentric layers gradually decrease from layer 1 to layer n and vary specifically between 2.05 to 1.05. The n concentric layers are made of a base material of low dielectric constant added with a material of high dielectric constant and low specific gravity. The lens so manufactured has a total apparent density of 0.08-0.095 g/cm3.

The devices and systems are ultrasensitive and provide for the visual detection of the presence or absence of one or more target analytes—which may include pathogens, proteins, or even molecules smaller than the foregoing—even when such analytes are only present in very limited amounts. The devices and systems include an immunostrip with a magnet positioned adjacent thereto, and magnetic probes specific to a target analyte that bind to the target analyte with specificity if present within a fluid sample to be tested. Methods are also provided for detecting one or more target analytes using magnetic focus, such methods including a step of controlling movement of a target analyte complex on an immunostrip incorporating a magnetic field, where such control slows a flow of the target analyte complex through a capture area on the immunostrip.
