    Abstract: A connection structure for a motor of an air compressor contains: a base, a cylinder, a motor, and a transmission mechanism. The base includes a first positioning orifice and a second positioning orifice. The cylinder includes an air storage seat. A small-diameter gear is inserted through the first positioning orifice to fit on the motor, a bearing housing is accommodated in the first positioning orifice, and the motor includes a magnetic coil. The transmission mechanism actuates a piston to move in the cylinder reciprocately so as to compress air. The magnetic coil includes a first segment and a second segment, and the base includes two symmetrical elongated plates which respectively have two hooks. The base further includes two symmetrical arcuate retainers.

    Abstract: An air compressor contains: a torque gear on which a central orifice and a connection rod are arranged. The central orifice has screw threads defined thereon and corresponds to one of multiple positioning orifices of a base, the one positioning orifice is configured to accommodate a bearing, and a screw bolt is inserted through the bearing in the base so as to screw with the central orifice via the torque gear. The connection rod of the torque gear is rotatably connected with a piston so that the piston moves in a cylinder to produce compressed air, the torque gear matingly contacts with the bearing along the screw bolt, and the bearing is not broken in the one positioning orifice, thus moving the piston in the cylinder reciprocately.

A sealant dispenser is fixed on an accommodation box in which an air compressor is accommodated, the accommodation box includes a fixing hole, a U-shaped protrusion formed on a lower end of the fixing hole, a positioning space defined on the fixing hole above the U-shaped protrusion, and a peripheral column surrounding around the fixing hole, the U-shaped protrusion and the positioning space. The insertion of the hollow can is inserted into the fixing hole of the accommodation box, and the sealant dispenser is rotated so that the two peripheral ribs of the insertion are retained with the positioning space of the fixing hole, thus fixing the sealant dispenser on the accommodation box.

The base includes multiple positioning orifices, and one of the multiple positioning orifices accommodates a bearing. The transmission mechanism actuates a piston to move in the cylinder reciprocatingly, thus producing compressed air. The first ring of the bearing is non-circular, and a shape of the one positioning orifice of the base corresponds to the first ring so as to avoid an idle rotation of the bearing in the one positioning orifice of the base or a removal of the bearing from the second positioning orifice.

A device substrate is provided and bonded to the capping substrate at a first gas pressure and hermetically sealing a first cavity associated with a first MEMS device and a second cavity associated with a second MEMS device. The capping substrate is thinned to open the vent to adjust a gas pressure of the second cavity.

The root and branches of the resilient sheet are individually attached to a top wall of the cylinder at separate points, so that each of the branches can be individually moved by the compressed air produced in the cylinder to open or close the corresponding exit hole without affecting movements of the other branches, so that the piston body can conduct reciprocating motion more smoothly, and thus the performance of the air compressor can be increased.

The air collecting structure defines a plurality of through holes aligned with the inlet holes of the cover, so as to provide a path for allowing a central portion of the air current generated by the cooling fan to enter the housing. The housing defines a plurality of communication holes and a plurality of outlet holes for allowing the air which has entered the housing to flow thereout. In addition, the present invention provides another path so that an outer portion of the air current can flow along the outer surface of the housing to reduce the temperature of the housing.

    Abstract: A combination structure for a hose connected between a tire and an air compressor is disclosed. The air compressor includes a box in which a compressor unit and a sealant bottle are installed. The sealant bottle has an inlet and an outlet. The inlet of the sealant bottle is connected to one outlet tube of the compressor unit. The hose has a first end and a second end. The first end of the hose is adapted to be connected to the outlet tube of the sealant bottle. The second end of the hose can be connected to the combination structure, which generally includes a cap, a core element, and a plug. With the combination structure, the chemical sealant contained in the sealant bottle can be prevented from flowing out to contaminate objects due to incorrect operation or negligence.
