  • Publication number: 20200049138
Abstract: A structure of fixing a bearing of an air compressor, the air compressor contains: a base, a cylinder, and a transmission mechanism. The base includes multiple positioning orifices, and one of the multiple positioning orifices accommodates a bearing. The cylinder is integrally connected with the base and includes an air storage chamber. The transmission mechanism actuates a piston to move in the cylinder reciprocatingly, thus producing compressed air. The first ring of the bearing is non-circular, and a shape of the one positioning orifice of the base corresponds to the first ring so as to avoid an idle rotation of the bearing in the one positioning orifice of the base or a removal of the bearing from the second positioning orifice.

  • Patent number: 10527031
Abstract: An improved air compressor includes a cylinder fitted with a piston body, a main frame for mounting a motor, and an air storage container. The cylinder defines a plurality of exit holes regulated by a control mechanism including a resilient sheet having a root and a plurality branches corresponding to the exit holes. The root and branches of the resilient sheet are individually attached to a top wall of the cylinder at separate points, so that each of the branches can be individually moved by the compressed air produced in the cylinder to open or close the corresponding exit hole without affecting movements of the other branches, so that the piston body can conduct reciprocating motion more smoothly, and thus the performance of the air compressor can be increased.

  • Patent number: 10491077
Abstract: A motor structure includes a housing, a cover, an air collecting structure fixed to the cover, and a cooling fan. The cover defines a plurality of inlet holes. The air collecting structure defines a plurality of through holes aligned with the inlet holes of the cover, so as to provide a path for allowing a central portion of the air current generated by the cooling fan to enter the housing. The housing defines a plurality of communication holes and a plurality of outlet holes for allowing the air which has entered the housing to flow thereout. In addition, the present invention provides another path so that an outer portion of the air current can flow along the outer surface of the housing to reduce the temperature of the housing.

  • Patent number: 10487815
Abstract: An improved air compressor includes a cylinder that is fitted with a piston body and defines at its top wall a plurality of exit holes which are approximately equal in diameter and can be regulated by a resilient sheet having a plurality of branches to enable the cylinder to communicate with an air storage container. The exit holes are normally sealed by the branches of the resilient sheet with the assistance of compression springs when the air compressor is not in operation. The exit holes allow the compressed air produced in the cylinder to quickly enter the air storage container, so that the piston body can conduct reciprocating motion more smoothly and thus the performance of the air compressor can be increased.

  • Patent number: 10355560
Abstract: A motor structure includes a housing, a cover, an air guiding shell formed therein with an air collecting structure and mounted around the housing, and a cooling fan. The housing defines a plurality of first inlet holes and a plurality of outlet holes. The cover defines a plurality of second inlet holes. • Publication number: 20190162176
Abstract: An enclosure for air compressors is generally composed of a first shell body and a second shell body, wherein the first shell body defines a plurality of through holes, and the second shell body is formed with a plurality of snap joints. Each through hole is defined by a cylindrical surface and a substantially conical surface, between which a step is defined. In use, the snap joints can be inserted into the through holes respectively to have the snap joints snatched by the steps 14 formed in the through holes, so that the first and second shell bodies can be quickly assembled. In addition, a disassembly tool can be inserted into each through hole to have the snap joints removed from the through holes, so that the enclosure can be quickly disassembled.

  • Patent number: 10294932
Abstract: An improved air compressor includes a cylinder that is fitted with a piston body and defines at its top wall a plurality of exit holes having different diameters and communicating between the cylinder and an air storage container. The exit holes are sealed by plugs and compression springs. The exit holes allow the compressed air produced in the cylinder to enter the air storage container more quickly. When the piston body approaches the top wall of the cylinder, one exit hole, with a smaller diameter, allows the compressed air to enter the air storage container more easily. The exit holes with different diameters allow the piston body to move in the cylinder more smoothly, and thus the efficiency of inflating an object can be increased.

  • Patent number: 10298095
Abstract: A motor includes a housing, a front cover, a rotating shaft, and a cooling fan. The front cover is formed with multiple air guiding fins and multiple inlet holes. The housing defines at least one communication hole at its surrounding wall. In use, a central portion of the air current generated by the cooling fan can be guided by the air guiding fins to pass through the inlet holes to enter the motor's housing. An outer portion of the air current can flow along the outer surface of the housing. The way of dissipating heat through multiple paths allows the heat generated in the motor to be dissipated more effectively, so that heat is not easy to accumulate in the motor, and thus the performance and service life of the motor can be increased.

  • Patent number: 10291102
Abstract: A motor includes a housing, a front cover, a rotating shaft, and a cooling fan. The front cover is formed with multiple air guiding fins and multiple first inlet holes. The housing is formed with multiple air intercepting fins and multiple second inlet holes. In use, one portion of the air current generated by the cooling fan can be guided by the air guiding fins to pass through the first inlet holes to enter the motor's housing. Another portion of the air current can be intercepted by the air intercepting fins to pass through the second inlet holes to enter the motor's housing. The way of dissipating heat through multiple paths allows the heat generated in the motor to be dissipated more effectively, so that heat is not easy to accumulate in the motor.

  • Patent number: 10138878
Abstract: An improved air compressor includes a cylinder fitted with a piston body, a main frame for mounting a motor, and an air storage container. The cylinder defines at its top wall a plurality of exit holes, which are separated by a plurality of blocking walls and regulated by a resilient sheet having a plurality of branches corresponding to the exit holes. When the compressed air produced in the cylinder pushes the resilient sheet up to open the exit holes, the instantaneous high-pressure air that flows through the exit holes can be restrained by the air blocking walls to prevent the air from interfering with movements of the branches of the resilient sheet, so that the piston body can conduct reciprocating motion more smoothly and thus the performance of the air compressor can be increased.

  • Patent number: 10132310
Abstract: An improved motor includes a cylinder defining multiple exit holes of different diameters, which are respectively controlled by a resilient sheet having multiple branches to communicate with an air storage container. In operation, when a piston body conducts reciprocating motion in the cylinder, the compressed air produced in the cylinder can quickly enter the air storage container. The branches of the resilient sheet are subjected to different back force resulting from the compressed air in the air storage container, wherein the smallest branch of the resilient sheet is subjected to a smallest back force, so that the compressed air produced in the cylinder can enter the air storage container more easily through the smallest exit hole, so that the piston body can conduct reciprocating motion more smoothly and thus the performance of the air compressor can be increased.
