    Abstract: A rotary structure of a permanent magnet electric machine including a stator and a rotor is provided. The stator has K salient teeth peripherally spaced with equal intervals for forming K winding slots, wherein K is a natural number greater than 1. The rotor has an annular inner surface and has P pairs of permanent magnets peripherally spaced with equal intervals along the inner surface for rotating around the stator, wherein P is a natural number. Each permanent magnet having two sides along a peripheral direction of the rotor includes a pair of inclined surfaces on the two sides, the pair of inclined surfaces is symmetric with respect to a radial plane of the each permanent magnet, and an inclined angle ? between the inclined surface and the radial plane is selected from a range of 90(1?1/(4P))<?<90(1+1/(4P)).

    Abstract: A driving control device of a motor includes a temperature sensing circuit, a comparing circuit, a rotation speed control circuit and a driving circuit. The temperature sensing circuit detects an environmental temperature for generating a sensing signal. The comparing circuit is electrically connected to the temperature sensing circuit, and compares the sensing signal with a reference voltage signal for outputting a comparing signal. The rotation speed control circuit is electrically connected to the comparing circuit and has a first threshold voltage and a second threshold voltage, both of which are compared with the comparing signal for outputting a rotation speed control signal. The driving circuit is electrically connected to the rotation speed control circuit, and generates a driving signal to drive the motor in accordance with the rotation speed control signal.

The steps include: (a) providing the motor at standstill; (b) exciting the winding for a specific time period with a current impulse having a first amplitude to obtain a first specific position of the rotor with respect to the stator; (c) decreasing the first amplitude down to a second amplitude gradually by a controller to make the rotor to be positioned at a second specific position with respect to the stator after the specific time period, wherein the second amplitude is one of zero ampere and a specific value close to zero ampere, and the rotor is rotating close to the second specific position with an almost zero rotating speed when the second amplitude is reached.

The motor control device includes a programmable integrated circuit (IC) receiving a phase signal, the phase of which is consistent with the rotation phase of a coil of the motor. The programmable IC generates a duty-cycle signal in accordance with the period of the phase signal. The duty-cycle signal comprises a rising segment and a falling segment and when the phase signal changes phase, the duty cycle represented by the duty-cycle signal is a first duty cycle, allowing the input power of the motor remain at a minimum. The duty-cycle signal is input to the coil, controlling the coil on and off and, thereby rotating the motor.
