  • Patent number: 8977876
Abstract: An apparatus for implementing low power consumption for data switching device includes a dormancy management module that controls an upper layer logic component in a device to enter a low power consumption state when a current state parameter of the device satisfies a preset dormancy configurationcondition; detects whether an energy consumption state of a transmission medium is active; and wakes up the upper layer logic component in the device to enter a normal working state if the energy consumption state of the transmission medium is active. When a preset condition is satisfied, upper layer logic components such as a CPU, a network processor and an optical module in the device, properly stop full-time operation to save energy.

  • Publication number: 20140192035
Abstract: A pixel circuit, an active sensing array, a sensing device, and a driving method thereof are provided. The pixel circuit includes a sensing transistor, a reset transistor, and a storage capacitor. The sensing transistor is electrically connected to a sensing element and a data line. The reset transistor is electrically connected to a first scan line and the sensing transistor. The storage capacitor is electrically connected to the sensing transistor and a second scan line. During a compensation period, the reset transistor is turned on in response to a first scanning pulse from the first scan line, so that the sensing transistor is connected into a diode configuration, and the storage capacitor charges and discharges to a threshold voltage of the sensing transistor through the sensing transistor having the diode configuration in response to switching of a level of the data line.

  • Publication number: 20130169790
Abstract: An optical characteristics capturing apparatus includes an adjustable stage for carrying the flexible display, an image capturing device disposed above the adjustable stage, and two first collimated light sources. A part of the flexible display forms a curved surface. An intersection of a receiving optical axis of the image capturing device and the curved surface of the flexible display is an intersection point. The two first collimated light sources project two dot-patterns onto the intersection point along two first optical paths having identical length but different extending directions. An included angle between each of the two first optical paths and the receiving optical axis is an acute angle. The two first optical paths and the receiving optical axis are located in a first virtual plane.

  • Patent number: 8202215
Abstract: A pharyngeal intubation guiding device includes lengthwise extending tongue-side and palate-side walls that cooperatively define a guiding duct. The tongue-side wall is configured to conform to the rear end of a patient's tongue to permit the guiding duct to confront the opening of the patient's larynx. The palate-side wall has an outer contour which establishes a guideway towards the opening of the patient's esophagus. A lengthwise extending laryngoscope guiding channel and a lengthwise extending endotracheal tube guiding groove are disposed in the guiding duct. A viewing window is disposed to define a terminal end of the laryngoscope guiding channel. The endotracheal tube guiding groove has a lead-in port to permit an endotracheal tube introduced therein to be removable laterally. A lengthwise extending conduit is disposed in the guiding duct to permit an aspirator tube to reach the patient's trachea to suck out phlegm.

  • Patent number: 6703965
Abstract: The present motion detector unit effectively suppresses harmonic frequencies and is cost-effective to build. The motion detector unit includes a main casing which houses the main microwave circuit board (3). Enclosing the casing and the circuit board (3) is a cover. An antenna circuit board is attached to the bottom side of the main casing. The cover has partitioning walls at the bottom side of the cover which press against the main microwave circuit board (3) when the cover is enclosed over the casing. The circuit on the main microwave circuit board (3) includes a microwave oscillator for producing an oscillatory signal. The oscillator is coupled to a ground and to a filter which is a low-pass filter with a relatively wide stop bandwidth. The filter is then coupled to a transmitting antenna. A power supply is routed through the transmission antenna and provides DC voltage to the microwave oscillator. The oscillator is further coupled to a mixer.

  • Patent number: 6500263
Abstract: Multiple levels of interlocks are provided relative to gas flow for a chemical vapor deposition chamber. When a chamber lid used for normal processing is in place, no interlock is in effect. When a lid used during maintenance operations is in place, flow of toxic gas to the chamber is interlocked, but flow of purge gas is permitted. When no lid is in place, all gas flow to the chamber is interlocked. The interlock arrangement may be implemented with two switches, both of which are actuated when the lid for normal processing is in place, and only one of which is actuated by the lid for the maintenance process.
