The nut is received in the countersink of one of the scissor elements, with the non-circular shank of the nut extending into a non-circular countersink of the other scissor element. The threaded shank of the screw is threadedly engaged with the screw hole of the nut. Thus, the contact area between the screw and the pivotable scissor elements is small.
