    Abstract: An injection molding grade PVC tube and a method for producing the same are provided. The injection molding grade PVC tube includes 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin, 2 to 8 parts by weight of a heat stabilizer, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a first additive, and 0.7 to 15 parts by weight of a second additive. The first additive includes a processing modifier and a heat resistance enhancer, and a weight ratio between the processing modifier and the heat resistance enhancer is within a range from 1:6.67 to 1:10. The PVC resin, the heat stabilizer, the first additive, and the second additive are powder-shaped. The injection molding grade PVC tube is formed by direct injection molding after hot melt extrusion of the PVC resin, the heat stabilizer, the first additive, and the second additive.

    Abstract: A composition and a manufacturing method of a highly flame-retardant and low-smoke injection-molded polyvinyl chloride pipe are provided. The composition includes a polyvinyl chloride resin material, a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin material, a flame retardant additive and a carbon forming additive. A first number-average degree of polymerization (DPn) of the polyvinyl chloride resin material is between 600 and 1,000. A second number-average degree of polymerization of the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin material is between 600 and 800. A difference between the first number-average degree of polymerization and the second number-average degree of polymerization is within 400. The flame retardant additive is a phosphorus-containing flame retardant modified by a modifier. A total added amount of the flame retardant additive and the carbon forming additive in the composition is not greater than 3 PHR.

The carbon forming additive is in an amount between 0.2 PHR and 1.0 PHR. The carbon forming additive is at least one material selected from a group consisting of zinc chloride, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, zinc hydroxystannate, anhydrous zinc stannate, zinc phosphate and zirconium phosphate. A total added amount of the flame retardant additive and the carbon forming additive in the composition is not greater than 3 PHR.

    Abstract: The safety device for vehicle accelerator includes a control member. The control member includes a microprocessor, a first variable resistor, and a buzzer. The control member is electrically connected to a vehicle's engine controller and acceleration pedal detector. When the acceleration pedal is suddenly depressed, the acceleration pedal detector sends a signal to the control member to engage the buzzer. The control member then converts and transmits the signal to the engine controller so that the engine controller reduces fuel injection, slows the vehicle down. The control member then turns off the buzzer.

If the total blemish number in the image exceeds the maximum tolerable blemish number, displaying test failure; and if the total blemish number in the image does not exceeds the maximum tolerable number, displaying test pass. This DSV computation method and system can find the optimal merge-bit symbol for insertion between each succeeding pair of the channel-bit symbols in a more cost-effective manner with the need for a reduced amount of memory and utilizes a lookup table requiring a reduced amount of memory space for storage so that memory space can be reduced as compared to the prior art. This DSV computation method and system is therefore more advantageous to use than the prior art.
