    Abstract: A coordinated fault-tolerant control method for a two-stage power module is provided. The two-stage power module includes a front-stage circuit and a rear-stage circuit. The front-stage circuit has a DC midpoint. Each of a first side circuit and a second side circuit of the rear-stage circuit includes two rear-stage switch sets. If one switch in one of the two rear-stage switch sets in the first side circuit fails, disable the other switch in the rear-stage switch set. Operate the other rear-stage switch set in the first side circuit normally. One of the two rear-stage switch sets in the second side circuit is operated normally, and the other of the two rear-stage switch sets in the second side circuit is disabled.

The mechanism includes a slider-crank mechanism composed of a crank, an output rod, a connecting rod and a slider that are hinged in sequence, and further includes a swing adjusting mechanism, where a hinge point between the output rod and the connecting rod is a swing hinge point, and the swing adjusting mechanism is configured to adjust and define the swinging range of the swing hinge point. In examples when the amplitude of a piston is adjusted, an eccentric distance of an eccentric wheel has no any change. Therefore, the key to adjust the amplitude of the piston is to adjust the swinging amplitude of the swing hinge point of the output rod. The invention is especially suitable for being widely used on fascia gun products.

    Abstract: A setting method for a generator stator radial air channel of a permanent magnet synchronous generator belongs to the field of motor technology. In the case of a constant section radial air channel, the adjacent spacing of the radial air channel is changed, and the equal spacing distribution is changed to the unequal spacing distribution. By analyzing the temperature change, the local optimal scheme 1 is determined. On the basis of the local optimal scheme, the size of the radial air channel is changed, and the temperature is analyzed to determine the optimal air channel size, which is the local optimal scheme 2. The equal section radial air channel structure is changed into an unequal section segmented air channel structure, and the local optimal scheme 3 is determined as the global optimal scheme. The setting method effectively reduces thermal damage of the stator winding insulation caused by high temperatures.
