    Abstract: A power module includes N inverter units outputting N AC voltages and being coupled to N high-frequency AC terminals, wherein the N high-frequency AC terminals are cascaded and connected to a post-stage rectifier circuit. A phase-shift control method for the power module includes: setting at least two phase-shift sequences, wherein phase sequence numbers of the N AC voltages of the N inverter units are different in the at least two phase-shift sequences; in one switching period, controlling the N AC voltages of the N inverter units to shift a first angle according to a first phase-shift sequence of the at least two phase-shift sequences; and in another switching period, controlling the N AC voltages of the N inverter units to shift the first angle according to a second phase-shift sequence of the at least two phase-shift sequences.

A first light source and a second light source are used for exciting a test strip which is placed in a shell and coated with a mycotoxin antigen to obtain emitted light, and a light filtering component is used for filtering out impurity light. A clamping mechanism is used for clamping and fixing an image capturing component. The image capturing component is used for capturing, an image of mycotoxins based on a quantum dots test strip. A processor is used for analyzing and calculating image information to obtain a mycotoxin content result. The testing time is shortened, and the portability and practicability of mycotoxin testing are improved. Quantitative instant testing of single or multi-toxin mixed pollution is achieved, and the technical problem of fluorescence quantification is solved.

    Abstract: The application provides a dispersed carrier phase-shifting method and system. The method includes connecting at least two power modules to form a modular system; each power module including a control module for sampling at least twice a common state variate, signs of slopes of the common state variate at a first and second sampling time are opposite, and a reference time of the first sampling time for each control module is the same; and regulating a carrier frequency of the power module according to a relative size between a sampled values at the first and second sampling time. According to embodiments herein, carrier phase-shifting of modular system may be implemented without communication between respective modules. Under closed-loop control, optimal carrier phase-shifting can be automatically achieved under various duty ratios, thereby having good stability.

In those embodiments, an electronic device obtains a delivery message of a first package that is sent by a server, where the delivery message includes pickup information of the first package and location information of a locker in which the first package is placed, and the pickup information is used to open a pickup box in which the first package is placed in the locker. The electronic device then determines a first area based on the location information, where the locker is located in the first area; and displays a pickup function item when it is detected that the electronic device enters the first area. Still in those embodiments, the electronic device sends a locker opening request to the server when it is detected that a user triggers the pickup function item.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are related to a memory cell including one or more programmable resistors and a control transistor. In one aspect, a programmable resistor includes a gate structure and one or more source/drain structures for forming a transistor. A resistance of the programmable resistor may be set by applying a voltage to the gate structure, while the control transistor is enabled. Data stored by the programmable resistor can be read by sensing current through the programmable resistor, while the control transistor is disabled. In one aspect, the one or more programmable resistors and the control transistor are implemented by same type of components, allowing the memory cell to be formed in a compact manner through a simplified the fabrication process.
