Abstract: An antigen-binding protein targeting CD70. In particular, the present invention relates to a chimeric antigen receptor containing the antigen binding protein and the use thereof, and cells containing or expressing the antigen binding protein. The antigen-binding protein binds to a CD70 protein at 1 nM of a KD value. The chimeric antigen receptor containing the antigen-binding protein has strong specific recognition and binding abilities to the CD70 protein. The cells containing or expressing the antigen-binding protein can secrete cytokines IL-2 and IFN-?.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a method, apparatus and device of reconstructing non-Kronecker structured channels, applicable to communications. A weight matrix is determined for emulating link characteristics of a reconstructed channel, and includes a weight corresponding to each ray mapped to a probe antenna. In each cluster, rays mapped to each probe antenna have different weights with each other. For each cluster, a time-varying fading channel impulse response of each ray of the cluster mapped to a probe antenna is calculated using the weight matrix. The time-varying fading channel impulse response includes a transition equation for each probe antenna describing mapping of rays of the cluster to the probe antenna. A transition matrix from each probe antenna to receiving antennas of a device under test is determined. A product of the time-varying fading channel impulse response of the cluster multiplied by the transition matrix serves as a channel impulse response of the cluster.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for mechanochemical preparation of an iron red pigment, which comprise steps: mixing a clay mineral, a soluble iron source and an alkali source in a mill for grinding to obtain a precursor, wherein the ratio of ball to material is controlled at 20-50, the grinding speed is 300-1200 rpm, and the grinding time is 30-360 min; and calcining the precursor at 500-900° C. for 30-120 min to obtain a high-performance iron oxide red/clay mineral hybrid pigment. The iron oxide red/clay mineral hybrid pigment has a bright and beautiful color, high-temperature and acid resistance, and can satisfy requirements for high-performance iron oxide red pigments in fields of paints, inks, ceramics, anti-corrosive coatings, etc. Furthermore the method is a simple process without waste that is environmentally friendly and suitable for industrialized production, thus it is expected to replace existing processes of iron oxide red pigments.

First embedding data may be generated for first content based at least in part on a specified similarity task. A first query comprising the first embedding data may be generated and sent to a first database partition. A first search result representing second content may be determined using the first embedding data. A second query comprising the first embedding data may be generated and sent to a second database partition different from the first data base partition. A second search result representing third content may be determined using the first embedding data. In some examples, output data comprising at least one of the first search result and the second search result may be generated. The output data may represent content classified as similar to the first content.

In various embodiments, a relief apparatus may comprise a housing comprising an interior housing portion configured to store a relief step device therein, and an activation assembly configured to facilitate an automated deployment of the relief step device from within the interior housing portion in response to a fall occurrence, wherein the automated deployment of the at least a portion of the relief step device is based at least in part on a load force acting on at least a portion of the activation assembly, wherein the load force is defined at least in part by a force generated as a result of the fall occurrence. Abstract: Methods are taught for creating training data for a learning algorithm, training the learning algorithm with the training data and using the trained learning algorithm to suggest domain names to users. A domain name registrar may store activities of a user on a registrar website. Preferably, domain name searches, selected suggested domain names and domain names registered to the user are stored as the training data in a training database. The training data may be stored so that earlier activities act as inputs to the learning algorithm while later activities are the expected outputs of the learning algorithm. Once trained, the learning algorithm may receive activities of other users and suggest domain names to the other users based on their activities.

Abstract: Provided are methods for transmitting and receiving uplink data, a user equipment and a base station. The method for transmitting uplink data by a user equipment includes: transmitting to a base station a scheduling request (SR); receiving, from the base station, an uplink grant indicating scheduling information for transmitting uplink data, wherein the scheduling information is allocated by the base station according to a volume of the uplink data, the volume being determined by the SR; and transmitting to the base station the uplink data by employing the scheduling information. In this way, the present invention reduces power consumption and time delay during an uplink data transmission process.
