Abstract: A method for purifying exhaust of waste gas using atomized fluid droplets combined with turbulent flow, including the following steps: a). atomizing the absorption or reacting fluids to microsized droplets; b). enabling waste gas to pass through the aforementioned absorption or reacting fluids and creating a turbulent flow to thoroughly react the waste gas with the droplets; c). reacting of harmful substances in the waste gas with droplets of the absorption or reacting fluids; d). implementing demisting treatment of the waste gas flow; e). discharging the treated waste gas. The aforementioned steps of the present invention enable the purification of waste gas without the need for packing, and achieve high removal efficiency and low energy consumption.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a pressure vessel apparatus with sensing identification function, comprising a pressure vessel body and an an identification tag. The pressure vessel body has a concave container located on its surface. The identification tag is located in the concave container, comprising a record IC and a communication unit. The record IC is used for recording the status information of the pressure vessel body. When the reading device reads the identification tag, and thus provides an identification signal such that the communication unit transmits the status information to the reading device to verify whether the lifetime of the pressure vessel apparatus was expired.

Abstract: A cooling fan with fluid control device comprises a fan blade assembly and a frame member. The frame member provides a hub seat movably attached with the fan blade assembly and formed with a plurality of fluid control elements at the inner side thereof to control radial pressure of fluid. The frame member at least has a fluid guide part connected to the fluid control elements with a first through hole and a second through hole being in the fluid guide part and the first through hole being greater than the second through hole. When the fan blade assembly rotates to move the fluid, the fluid can flow toward the center of the frame member by way of the fluid control elements and the fluid guide part to increase the amount of the fluid at the rear side of the hub seat.

Abstract: A manufacturing process using microwave for thermal debinding according to the invention is mainly applied in manufacturing process of powder metallurgy. Wherein, metal powder is mixed polymer materials such as adhesives, fillings or lubricants, and a body is formed by means of molding, forging, extrusion, injection or scraping. The body to be debinded is placed in a microwave environment in an exposed manner or covered with powder, and power and work time of microwave are set for rapidly heating and debinding the body. The manufacturing process according to the invention is capable of accelerating manufacturing procedure, economizing production cost, reducing defects, quickly drying and rapidly removing polymer materials.

Abstract: A processing method for ceramic, having processing steps consisting of: (a) Manufacture pellets; (b) Cover the pellets with microwave dielectric; (c) Place the pellets into a microwave environment; (d) Microwave degreasing; (e) Complete degreasing. Procedural steps of the present invention primarily consist of placing the ceramic pellets in a container filled with microwave dielectric powder, placing the container within the microwave environment, and then regulating microwave power and time period for degreasing, whereupon the microwave dielectric powder surrounding and covering the pellets subsequently absorbs the microwaves and thereby facilitates indirect degreasing of the pellets.

Abstract: The manufacturing technique for powder metallurgy of the invention includes the steps of: mixing ceramic powder with binders, fillings or lubricants for casting a body; forming a microwave-absorbent body using molding, extrusion, forging, injection or doctor blade; placing the body into a microwave oven for heating and debinding; placing the half-finished product after debinding in a sintering oven for sintering the debinded half-finished product; and finally obtaining a finished product after sintering and temperature lowering.
