Abstract: A core network delivers two sets of quality of service (QoS) parameters to an access network device. The access network device selects one of the two sets of QoS parameters, and indicates the selected set of QoS parameters to the core network. An air interface rate required by the set of QoS parameters can be supported by a radio access network (RAN). In this way, a QoS parameter applied to a related user equipment (UE), a related bearer, a related packet data unit (PDU) session, or a related QoS flow can be effectively determined, and a hardware capability of an LTE base station does not need to be upgraded. In addition, the core network may set, based on a QoS parameter selected by a RAN side, a corresponding QoS management policy such as a rate adjustment policy, to facilitate data transmission between UE and the core network.

Abstract: A communication method, apparatus, and system are provided. In the method, the second user equipment receives first information from a first user equipment, where the first information includes an identifier of a first multicast broadcast service (MBS), and the first MBS is an MBS that the first user equipment is interested in. Also in the method, the second user equipment sends a first message to the first user equipment, where the first message includes first configuration information, the first configuration information is for configuring a sidelink (SL) radio bearer, and the SL radio bearer is for transmitting data of the first MBS. The method can resolve a problem that a remote user equipment cannot receive data of an MBS of a network device because a relay user equipment does not forward, to the remote user equipment, the data of the MBS broadcast by the network device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a communication method, a communication apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes receiving M pieces of first information from M first terminal devices of a second terminal device, where the M pieces of first information are in a one-to-one correspondence with the M first terminal devices, the first information corresponds to at least one service, and the at least one service is a service that a first terminal device of the M first terminal devices is interested in. The method further includes sending at least one piece of group information to the second terminal device, where the group information includes second information and third information, and the second information includes information about N second terminal devices in the M first terminal devices. In embodiments of the present disclosure, transmission resources can be saved and transmission efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method and a related device. In the method, a first terminal device receives a first radio resource control RRC message from a second terminal device, and then sends a first message to a network device through a first radio bearer configured by using obtained first configuration information. The first message includes a first RRC message that requests to set up an RRC connection between the second terminal device and the network device, and identification information of the second terminal device. In this way, communication between the second terminal device and the network device is implemented in a user equipment-to-network relay (U2N) scenario. This increases a success rate of accessing the network device by the second terminal device, enhances a coverage capability of the network device, and improves an access capacity of the network device.
