  • Publication number: 20210264486
Abstract: A penalty fee is charged in an online community exchange system to users for failing to carry out exchange agreements; the penalty fee is set as a fraction of the price of the exchange agreements, or a fixed amount, or a combination of both. Two debt limits, a maximum limit and a transaction-based limit, are set and imposed on all users in the online community exchange system. The transaction-based debt limit is set individually for each user, based on any of the three accumulated transaction data: accumulated credit transaction, accumulated debit transaction, or accumulated credit & debit transaction, in each user's exchange account. A user needs to satisfy both the two debt limits in order to continue to buy goods and services in the exchange system.

  • Publication number: 20200268493
Abstract: A portable water flosser or dental cleaning device, which directs water from a faucet onto teeth without using an electrically operated pump, is made of a hose, a water jet tip member, and a tightening means. The hose at its small end is coupled with the water jet tip member and at its large end is loosely fit onto the neck of the faucet, leaving the faucet's nozzle completely inside the hose. The hose is fastened around the faucet's neck by the tightening means, which can be a piece of rope or a clip, so the faucet water is directed to the water jet tip member. The device fits with all types of faucets.

  • Publication number: 20190000167
Abstract: A secure pocket inside an outer garment pocket is disclosed. The opening of the secure pocket is opposite to the opening of the outer garment pocket, therefore wallet and other important items placed in the secure pocket do not easily fall out of the pockets and are safer from pickpocketing. The secure pocket can easily be made with a single piece of fabric without using buttons or zippers.

  • Patent number: 6642873
Abstract: A Multi-level digital-to-analog (D/A) converter is incorporated with a multi-level quantizer in a multi-bit sigma-delta analog-to-digital (A/D) converter. The multi-level D/A converter is realized by feeding back reference voltages of the multi-level quantizer through a switch. The summation of electrical energy from multiple D/A converter elements found in conventional D/A converters is avoided so that element mismatch and circuit complexity are reduced significantly in the multi-bit sigma-delta A/D converter.
