  • Patent number: 10387927
Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable medium are disclosed for managing the entitlement of digital assets. System identifier data associated with a target system, including its unique system identifier, is received, along with digital assets selection data corresponding to digital assets data to be processed by the target system. The system identifier data is processed with the digital assets selection data to generate digital assets entitlement data. The digital assets data and the digital assets entitlement data is then provided to a personalization agent associated with the target system. In turn, the personalization agent processes the digital assets entitlement data and the digital assets data for installation on the target system, thereby entitling the system to process the installed digital assets data.

  • Publication number: 20180207473
Abstract: A pivotally adjustable pull bar for attachment to an exercise apparatus. The pull bar has handles carried on a handle shaft that are pivotally adjustable about a longitudinal axis of the pull bar. The adjustment permits the pull bar to be configured for a variety of pulling exercises to develop muscle groups based on the orientation of the handles relative to the pull bar. The handle shaft and handles may also be pivoted to a stowed position where the handles are folded inwardly to the center of the bar, thereby reducing the length of the bar for shipping and transport.

  • Publication number: 20180197249
Abstract: A mobile insurance architecture includes a wireless communication interface that connects mobile client devices to wireless networks. An insurance server cluster that includes a group of independent network servers operates and appears to mobile client devices as if the group of independent network servers were a single computer server. An adaptive transmission controller communicates with the insurance server cluster and processes content in multiple mobile formats that may be optimized to the screen sizes of the mobile client devices. The insurance server cluster responds to native application clients resident to the mobile client devices. The native application clients contain code stored on a non-transitory media that render insurance quoting services, insurance claims services, on-line insurance policy services, usage based insurance services, mobile monitoring services, or insurance agency management services.

  • Publication number: 20180083965
Abstract: A Method and Apparatus is disclosed for Multi-Agent Authentication in a decentralized or distributed network of Cyber-Physical Systems for the purpose of enhancing the overall Utility of Agency and Ownership. This Apparatus consists of an End Agent Authentication Device (an “Authenticator”) that is necessary in all authentication processes, and this invention defines an End Agent State Machine, and a set of nine distributed authentication processes that are enabled by this Authenticator. This Method acknowledged the ability for an Authenticated End Agent to have its Semantic Data Model managed by its Authenticated Owner. This Method enhances security and reduces complexity by allowing the Authenticator to execute these nine processes in both decentralized or distributed network configurations.

  • Patent number: 9909880
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to selecting a path for navigation based on path accessibility. A set of one or more paths is generated, with each path including path elements associated with path traversal. A list of preference data is stored. A set of accessible paths is dynamically calculated, which includes evaluating elements of each path of the generated set against the list of preference data. The set of accessible paths is converted into a path selection. The path selection is navigated, which includes visually displaying the path selection.

  • Publication number: 20180053211
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for identifying advertising opportunities for subsequent events, based on event data and transaction data for similar prior events. One exemplary method includes accessing event data associated with a prior event where the event data includes tags associated with the prior event, and accessing transaction data for consumers based on transactions by the consumers involving merchants associated with the prior event. The method also includes compiling an aggregate consumer profile for the consumers based on the accessed transaction data, where the profile includes categories of transactions included in the transaction data. The method further includes causing an insight interface to be delivered to a user associated with a subsequent event based on the aggregate consumer profile and the event data, whereby the user is able to identify potential advertising opportunities for the subsequent event via the insight interface for the prior event.

  • Patent number: 9754424
Abstract: A data logging device tracks the operation of a vehicle or driver actions. The device includes a storage device, which may be removable or portable, having a first memory portion that may be read from and may be written to in a vehicle and a second memory portion that may be read from and may be written to in the vehicle. The second memory portion may retain data attributes associated with the data stored in the first removable storage device. A processor reads data from an automotive bus that transfers data from vehicle sensors to other automotive components. The processor writes data to the first memory portion and the second memory portion that reflect a level of risk or safety. A communication device links the storage device to a network of computers. The communication device may be accessible through software that allows a user to access files.

  • Patent number: 9730664
Abstract: A set of first modality data (e.g., MR or CT) is provided. The set of first modality data comprises a plurality of mu-maps, a plurality of motion vectors and a plurality of gated data. Each of the mu-maps corresponds to one of the beds. A set of second modality data (e.g., PET/SPECT) is provided. The set of second modality data comprises a plurality of frames for each of the beds. Each of the plurality of frames is warped by one or more motion vectors of the plurality of motion vectors. A single-bed image is generated for each bed by summing the frames corresponding to the bed. A whole body image is generated by summing the single-bed images for each of the beds.
