  • Patent number: 10755037
Abstract: A method and system is disclosed that determines whether a content item viewed by a user has been approved by the user. Responsive to determining that the content item has been approved by the user, the method and system select a share interactive element to display with a graphical representation of the content item to allow the content item to be shared with one or more other users in any of a plurality of content networks. The method and system annotate the graphical representation of the content item with share interactive element. The method and system further provide, by a processor, the graphical representation of the content item with the share interactive element for display on a media device.

  • Patent number: 10676290
Abstract: A sorter for agricultural items comprising a main frame with a circular horizontal plate having an outer edge cam surface. A circular sub-frame is mounted for rotation about the plate's vertical axis, in parallel relation to the plate. The sub-frame includes plural item cups pivotally mounted on its periphery. The cam surface tilts the cups from a raised loading position, to a horizontal viewing position, to a lowered ejection position. A loading zone includes means for loading an individual item into a respective cup. A viewing zone has camera means for optically viewing individual items as each rolls through the cup, producing an output signal corresponding to reflectivity characteristics. Computer means compares the output signal to predetermined values and produces a corresponding ejection signal. A re-direction zone includes plural ejectors, whereby a selected one of the ejectors ejects the item out its cup in response to an ejection signal.

  • Patent number: 10582181
Abstract: A panoramic image system with parallax mitigation includes image sensors, a head tracker, a display, and a processor. Each image sensor is fixedly mounted a predetermined linear distance from a first reference axis and is disposed adjacent to at least one other image sensor and to point in a direction that is offset from its adjacent image sensor by a predetermined angle. The head tracker is configured to sense at least the angular position and movement direction of a viewer's head about a second reference axis and to supply an azimuth position signal representative thereof. The display is configured to selectively display images sensed by each of the image sensors. The processor is in operable communication with the image sensors, head tracker, and display. The processor is configured, based at least on the azimuth position signal, to command the display to display images sensed by only one image sensor.

  • Patent number: 10498839
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing supplemental content in relation to embedded media. In one implementation, a processing device receives a media request from a third-party platform to incorporate a first media item within the third-party platform. The processing device identifies one or more additional media items based on the media request. The processing device provides the first media item and one or more links to at least one of the one or more additional media items in relation to the third-party platform.

  • Publication number: 20190364077
Abstract: A system for collaboratively generating and/or managing a media channel is provided. The system includes an identification component, a generation component and a permissions component. The identification component identifies a first set of media content associated with a first social group and a second set of media content associated with a second social group. The generation component generates a media channel based on the first and second sets of media content identified as being respectively associated with the first and second social groups. The permissions component grants access to the media channel based at least on permissions generated for the first and second sets of media content in connection with the respective first and second social groups.

  • Patent number: 10421789
Abstract: The invention relates to an engineered outer domain (eOD) of HIV gp120 and mutants thereof and methods of making and using the same. The mutant eODs may be advantageous for the elicitation of CD4-binding site (CD4bs)-directed broadly-neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) and/or improve binding to mature VRC01 and/or improve binding to germline VRC01 and the germlines of other VH1-2 derived broadly-neutralizing antibodies. The mutant eODs may also include glycan-masking mutations on eOD. The present invention also includes fusions of eOD to various protein multimers to enhance immunogenicity as well as the design of cocktails of different eODs that represent the full diversity of HIV sequences within the VRC01 epitope and surroundings.
