The identification card-forming section includes a first backing sheet and contains an identification card backing region. Further included is a first adhesive layer, a first release layer joined to the first side of the backing sheet and to the first adhesive layer except at the identification card backing region where there is an opening in the first release layer, and a transparent lamination sheet. The transparent lamination sheet has a first side, joined to the first adhesive layer.

Abstract: A formulation of chemical surfactants, solvents and inorganic salts is effective for dispersing heavy oils in both salt and fresh water. The formulation comprises a mixture of a sorbitan ester of an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, a polyoxyethylene adduct of a sorbitan monoester of an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, an alkali metal salt of a dialkyl sulfosuccinate, a polyoxyethylene adduct of a sorbitan triester of a monocarboxylic acid, a solvent comprising a hydrocarbon and/or a glycol ether and an inorganic salt containing a soluble divalent cation such as calcium or magnesium.

Abstract: A drapery is provided comprising a plurality of parallel rigidized panels. Adjacent panels are hingedly joined to each other along their adjacent edges. A means for hanging said drapery on a curtain rod is provided. When the drapery is folded, the adjacent panels fold one upon the other, and when the drapery is extended, the adjacent panels form a continuous drapery.

Abstract: A time-variable illumination control apparatus for a lamp permits light intensity to be gradually increased starting at a predetermined time. The intensity control includes a clock-timer to initiate time-variable power supply network. The illumination control apparatus is designed for use on mornings when a user would commonly arise before daylight. By setting the illumination control apparatus to gradually increase the light intensity of a lamp prior to awakening, the lamp simulates sunrise so that the eyes gradually adjust to the light while sleeping. Upon awakening, the eyes are fully adjusted to the light and eye discomfiture from a sudden increase in intensity is avoided.
